Hosting is good and reliable, but God help you if you run into any issues and need to contact support. I still have an active support ticket for a simple account issue, opened over a month ago, that has received 0 replies. Now I had to open a new unrelated ticket about VPS issues, and I’m not confident I will get a reply in a timely manner. My VPS can’t run as a result of the issue, so I am not getting the services I paid for until it’s addressed.

The trap host.

Despite it truly not needing personal data and protecting free speech (as far as I can see), this host has other flaws that make it very much sub-optimal. Namely:

Their business model is based on creating more products without supporting the existing ones adequately. (Cannot provide links in Trustpilot)
Their portal is unusable, with moving at snail speed and logging you out every few minutes in addition
They basically ignore support tickets, even while saying they get to them in five days maximum. Weeks or months of waiting times are common
They don’t accept E-mail communication unlike literally every host out there
They call their services “self-managed”, meaning you can’t really expect them to fix any issues, even ones of their own making (for example, the recent prolonging of migrations by weeks, leaving servers unable to turn on)

The host is a trap because it seems really good at first glance, but it is an illusion. Looking any deeper beyond “wow has free speech and privacy! sign me up!” will reveal it easily. And you will inevitably learn the issues if you use them for long enough. Don’t make my mistake. Oh, I almost forgot. Domain transfer is unavailable for some reason, if you make the blunder of using them as a registrar. At least for me. And again, don’t expect them to answer your support tickets because you need divine intervention for that to happen.

1 stars because well, you can sign up anonymously and they don’t ban for offensive or unconventional content as far as I can see. But that is not enough to redeem them when so many hosts now do the same, without the other flaws.

Great NO-KYC web hosting and domains. Payable with XMR. Never had any issues with the servers.

Great customer support. So far they resolved my issues to my satisfaction and answered in a timely manner.

I've paid this company for my domain grass7.xyz two times.
The first time it was great, i've got my domain within a reasonable timeframe for 16.23 USD for 1 year, i went to renew it for the 2nd year (2025), which took 16.80 USD.
However after a few weeks i find out my domain has "Expired", and i am unable to do any actions with it.
I have contacted support via ticket, no response, it's been one week, yesterday i created another ticket.
Im beggining to believe this company is a scam that only does what you paid for 1st time to get reviews, and then proceed with their scam.

Good things: IncogNET is the cheapest of *most secure* VPS providers existing (not counting KYUN, same price, which while is also great, confounds me with their support of drawn and AI-generated child sexual abuse materials), with no logs, strict no-KYC policy, servers in coutries with neat jurisdiction (netherlands), XMR & Dash accepted as a payment methods, working WITHOUT JAVASCRIPT (!) and CDNs or 3rd party elements like external fonts, full disk encryption, working in Tor!

Bad thing: here was info about slow support answer, yet it turned out to be partially not their mistake (I've waited for an answer for a month pinging them every 4-6 days, and they wrote that «"Bumping" a ticket hoping it will be seen quicker actually had the opposite effect, and causes the ticket to be seen later than it would normally"»). Now, they've responded and compensated the problem I've had fully, so I have no reason not to change the review to 5 stars. I acually mean it.

I started using Incognet’s products last year. Their VPN service is excellent and very easy to use, meeting the daily needs of my family and me for work and life. So, I purchased their VPS product again. As an honest customer, I must say that Incognet is not the cheapest hosting provider on the market, but their VPS is very stable. Their backend panel features are also rich, giving me, a Linux beginner, a sense of security. Just like the design style of their company website, it is simple, stable, and meticulous in detail, making me feel the company’s pragmatic business philosophy. I am very willing to continue doing business with them in the long term. They do have good service, I never met any problem. One word for it all, quality!

I've been using IncogNET for a minute now, so I'll throw my 2 cents in here as well.
My experience with them for the past half a year since I first created account there, was very positive. They offer a large variety of services ranging from various hosting plans to vpn and they seem to constantly try to expand their catalogue, recently with them starting to provide domain registrar services and soon even a private mailboxes as well. They also accept multiple payment methods, most of which are geared toward privacy oriented customers, such as crypto.

They are a small private company, so expect that ticket response time will never compare against enterprise solutions, but where they do have an edge is that person who will respond to you will actually know what the heck they are talking about and not someone reading a script from 2 continents away. The responses I got from them were technical and transparent, so I never felt left in the dark about the state of things. Also, from my experience they were highly receptive to any custom inquiries I had.
Also because they don't outsource jobs, and are retaining a small team, they can ensure that people do who work there are aligned with the IncogNET's mission and quality of service standard, which is a tradeoff I'm more then willing to take.

And lastly, the person behind it has a long track record in the hosting community. In case you wonder about his technical skill or the integrity when it comes to privacy oriented stuff.

their are reply for support ticket after 24h,
And i buy a domain but its not active even already 20h over. and they are also not response yet

They suspended network access to my vps on 15 July, claiming that I've used up all the bandwidth for it(10Tb), I made a support ticket offering to pay for more bandwidth so I can get my data out of that vps and move to another provider, but still no response to my request today after 2 weeks of waiting and other support tickets and emails sent.
The worst part is on their site it said that it will be resumed automatically on 1st of August, so now it should work now, but actually it doesn't, worse than that, I can't even start it up anymore, so this all was just a plan to scam me out of the remaining months I've paid for the service and I won't be able to use it or get my data out of there. And that is not all, my site was using less than 1Gb of transfer per day, to reach 10Tb with their network speed in a few days as they showed in the graphs would be impossible actually, so they did it just on the graphs to get ride of my vps access, which wasn't even using that many resources.

I'm a very happy customer!

Having not so much experience running a website, initially I was a bit worried if I could migrate a website myself without any hand-holding.

I did enough research to know that this host/service provider may not be there to hold my hand every step of the way. However, I wouldn't let this scare anyone away from starting a new site or migrating. There is more than enough information available these days to do what I did without much fuss. Many people simply refuse to read and are impatient, which is where many of these poor reviews seem to be coming from in my opinion. This isn't any fault but your own to be honest. I doubt hardly anyone will read beyond this paragraph even. And I'm writing this as an American (we don't read!)

The willingness to read and taking enough time to prepare for my site migration has payed off. My previous host was charging a whopping renewal fee for a very small site for a service that was always laggy. They constantly blamed my site even though I knew that was BS. And guess what? On Incognet my site is really fast now and I didn't change anything after the migration. I wonder sometimes if it wasn't all the telemetry they run. I realize this review may sound shilly or whatever, but I'm just a guy with a small website.

In fairness the previous host had live chat and was very responsive and helpful. Just remember, you are Paying for that overhead and hand-holding experience. If you want to pay less for a functioning site, guess what? You may not have a personal assistant to help you with an issue. Having said that, I would rather have privacy than high overhead with a web-host that is selling/sharing my data anyway.

However, my primary reason for using Incognet is privacy and price was very close behind that. After taking the time to read the privacy policy from my previous web host (a well known and often promoted service) I was really quite appalled. The most heavily promoted web hosts all seem to be selling and or sharing your data to the big tech companies. I would not doubt if they are owned by big tech or play golf together and are just buddies having a good laugh at our expense. Jus ask your previous web hosting company to remove all of your information from their web servers and they will immediately involve their legal team that needs to assist with the request. What does that tell you?

But this review is about Incognet. And no, I have nothing to do with Incognet in any way other than being a happy customer. I was just sick of reading reviews from adult-babies that don't have the patience to read and learn something. It's really not that hard in 2024. So far no problem with server availability or outages or anything like that. It's always a bit of a gamble going to a new host I suppose, but I'm glad I did.

I really cannot believe how much faster my website performs now. For what I am paying for a small site I couldn't be happier. If a mouth-breather like me can migrate a site with a backup plan and some preparation, anyone else can too.

First, the ticket has been opened for over 3 days without a reply. And even when you buy the service and try to use it, there are TON of limitations compared to other VPS providers. And wanna know the worst part? When you buy using crypto you cant even get a refund, so you are stuck with a bad service that you cant get benefit from. Worst VPS and web hosting provider I have ever used.

They are worthless. They wouldn’t process my Credit or Debit Cards and they try to force you to sign up for PayPal or pay with Crypto. Then they send you multiple invoices saying you have late payments if you don’t agree to pay one of those ways. Don’t waste your time. Also, no way to talk to or contact a ACTUAL human. Why trust ANY business that doesn’t have human Customer Service? Just more online scammers…
UPDATE- I see they answered my review. I won’t change a thing. They are an online company with no telephone # who did NOT state UPFRONT that they ONLY accept PayPal or Crypto. I stated the facts of what happened to me. Unless you want to be forced to open a PayPal account or use Crypto, maybe use HostPapa…
Update 2- I guess I should have included a crying towel? I stated EXACTLY what happened to me. I guess they can’t handle the brutal truth? I had no problem with HostPapa…whom I now recommend. I never have to remember what I said before because I never lie….

I love the transparency, and the privacy benefits offered. IncogNET really shines and isn't a coward to political content either.

Ich habe dort ein VPN gebucht und bin sehr zufrieden. Es funktioniert super und schnell.
Kurzzeitig hatte ich zum Testen auch ein Webhosting Paket gebucht. Besonders gut fande ich, dass sie die Website auch in Tor und I2P Netzwerk zugaenglich gemacht haben.

Many providers claim to be privacy friendly, but not many live up to that claim. IncogNET is an exception.

All kinds of payment methods are available, including Monero.

The support is friendly, fast and professional, and the VMs are nice and responsive.
Very good pricing as well.

Highly recommend giving them a try, been using them for a while now and don't see myself switching.

There are a handful of VPS/hosting providers out there that claim to focus on privacy and allow crypto payments, etc - but when you eventually get the service it's very 'meh'. Incognet is on a very short list of privacy-oriented providers I use that are actually good.

VMs are fast, network is great, and support is responsive (if you need it). Supports all of the standard (popular) crypto options, but also allows payments with a number of smaller altcoins.

Only have their VMs and web hosting, but looking forward to trying out their anonymous domain registrations in the near future.

Incognet is great if you want private server hosting. They don't require any personal information, permit Tor, accept crypto, and their customer service responds very quickly.

My first experience with customer support was when my newly purchased server failed to boot due to a misconfiguration in a operating system template. They found the issue quickly, and impressed me with their fast and professional work on solving my problem.

I'm very pleased with my Incognet VPS. I came to Incognet partly for their low prices, but mainly because I like their "privacy by design" ethos. Privacy is a human right, so it's nice to support a company that believes in it.

The server has been great and seems pretty fast. What's most impressive is their great customer service! I've contacted them a few times with questions, and they've replied within minutes (even over a weekend) with friendly helpful answers. That's very impressive, especially when you remember how cheap the server is.

I've recommended Incognet to everyone I know, and I'm looking forward to trying out their VPN soon.
