Not the device for me
Not the device for me. I found it extremely uncomfortable. The advisor I worked with was awesome, but the product was not a good fit for me. I also did not like that I had to pay for return shipping.
I raised the star rating to 3-stars because the service was excellent. Still not happy about having to pay to ship it back.

It looks like you couldn't adapt to iNAP even though our customer support team worked with you to try to be successful. There's no medical device that work for 100% of the patients. Rather a 70% adherence rate is a very good number. But despite you not adapting to the treatment, do you feel that the service you received from us is worth a 1 star rating? (this is a rating of the service, not the device). Let us know!

I you miss the Winx system - this is for you!
I was getting the best sleep with the Winx system - until they went out of business. I have been patiently waiting/hoping that someone else would pick up the mantle with that kind of technology. That's what iNap actually did: bought out their technology - and then improved upon it. There are some small things I don't like about the system, but it's far better than the CPAP devices I've had to 'suffer with' these past several years. Kudos to the iNap team!

The ordering process is a challenge and shipping is poor
The ordering process is a challenge. If you decide to pay as you go, different forms are required. The pricing didn't match so an adjustment was made. When it came to shipping the device, they missed the address 2x. I have been waiting over 2 weeks for the device to show up. In the end it will be 3 weeks before I see it will all the corrections their distributor has had to correct.

Great Product - Very Poor Customer Service with Company's Counselor
Product appears to be highly effective. Had a counselor call ... stated she would be back to help me with problems in gaining compliance this past Monday - she never reached out to me. A one-hour meeting ended up as a seven-minute call. She seemed to be in a rush to get me off the phone.
I am not happy with the customer support. This is a critical area that requires improvement. The company's success in getting quality results for your clients hangs in the balance.

Great customer service
It was an amazing experience to order I Nap. Matt and Olivere were simply awesome in explaining the device . It’s a great device that I can offer my patients as an alternative to a Cpap machine.
