Absolute worst company

Absolute worst company! My 82 year old father in law saw a reel on FB. His wife has a need for their product. November 11, he asks me to help order the 8 pack pads. I helped him. On the 15th of November, he only received 2. Customer service was terrible. Chat no response, phone they was closed, Email nothing. On the 17th I was able to get a hold of them. I don't expect everyone to be happy, but it's not my fault you're at a job you don't like and are miserable. The attitude on the phone was terrible. So, on the 17th I was told the other 6 would be sent, got the confirmation they was and the would be with us on the 24th. Today is the 26th, they was shipped US Mail. They went from NJ to Philly PA, back to NJ, then to Chicago, oh they've already passed where they need to be, and now they are setting in Columbus Oh the day before Thanksgiving. A total of over two weeks and he still does not have the items they really need. It took them 45 seconds to charge his credit card! I would not recommend doing business with improvia unless you're in the waiting game. 😡

BEST CARDIOLOGIST!!

Finally found a cardiologist that listened to my husband and probably saved my husband's life. Dr. Improvia listened to husband, abd got him the tests...to prove there was 95 percent blockage in his heart. I'm glad I found him and grateful for the care he gives my husband. Excellent cardiologist.

5 Stars is not enough!

I was referred to Improvia by a fellow caregiver who was raving about the quality and performance of the pads they make, I was sure she is overrating them until I bought a pack of them for my bedridden mother, I cannot tell you enough of what a difference it made in mine and my mothers life!
Thank you Improvia for being out there to provide quality products for me and all the people who care!

Lifesaver for Mom ⭐
