It was really easy to Book the car. The whole Prozess to get it, was exactly like with a normal rental car. The car was a really new One. Absolutly clean and easy to drive. So it was a really good Experience, really Stress free and comfortable.

The vehicle was really good to drive. There were no problems at all. In Adelaide before I left, Ryan was great in regards to showing me how everything worked and gave me confidence that I could drive it - I had never driven a vehicle like that before.. I was able to see parts of our country that I hadn't seen before.

Great drive

I partnered with Imoova and Indie Campers to move a rental RV from Indiana to California. The pickup was long and disorganized, as we were told two employees did not show up. We had mismatched utensils to take with us on the trip, and had to stop home to get a few things that were not included. Other than that, the trip went well except for a rainstorm, where there was water seeping inside from some seams that were not sealed properly.

We moved the camper and fulfilled our agreement, dropping off in Los Angeles to a friendly staff. However, our nightmare began after the trip when trying to recover the gas reimbursement promised with our contract with Imoova and Indie Campers. We took our trip in July, and am still trying to get someone from the Finance team at Indie Campers to reach out to me to figure out why the payment that I was supposedly sent is still not in my bank account at the end of December. Imoova has been looped into these conversations and has washed their hands of this and has not attempted to help at all.

I would avoid this partnership if you are expecting a fulfilled contract. Two stars because most of the issue is with Indie Campers, but I would expect Imoova to help assist to be able to fulfill their contracted agreement.

Locations for offices is Melbourne and Sydney are hard to get to and far out of the city but overall a good service

Clear instructions that made it easy to collect the vehicle, as well as no problems delivering the vehicle at the destination.

Great experience all round, got to see and do plenty from Brisbane to Sydney. Allow an hour for pick up process, drop off was a lot quicker.

Allerdings können wir Relocations mit Britz (thl) in Australien absolut nicht empfehlen! Wir haben ein komplett anderes Auto erhalten, als "gebucht." Bei der Abholung haben wir über 3 Stunden auf das Auto gewartet, da "Relocations nicht priorisiert werden." Man ist einfach ein Kunde zweiter Klasse. Das Personal ziemlich unfreundlich und nicht hilfsbereit. Man muss an dieser Stelle auch noch betonen, dass auch viele andere "zahlende" Gäste mehrere Stunden auf ihr Auto gewartet haben, und das mit Kindern! Zudem hat man einfach unfassbar viele Einschränkungen: Man darf nicht nach Sonnenuntergang und vor Sonnenaufgang fahren und keine unsealed roads fahren. Bei einer Kilometerleistung von täglich rund 550 Kilometer hat das unsere Reise sehr negativ beeinflusst, da wir das erst vor Ort erfahren haben. Das Auto "Safari 5 Berth" ist zudem einfach ein schlechter Witz, da man gerade mal bei 2 Personen Platz für das Gepäck hat. Ein Glück, waren wir nur zu 2!
Imoova: top! Britz Australien: totaler flop!

Communication with Imoova is terrible, i am still waiting for an answer. Cancellation without a reason,we already booked flight tickets because we received a confirmation but one day later it was cancelled. After 3 days it was possible to make a new booking but 1 day less, so we have to pay 100 € more for the same booking. I don't recommend this company. Communication is very bad. I am still waiting on an answer of my email.

It was good vehicle for relocation and good facility

I booked an RV relocation with Imoova out of Seattle. On paper it looked like an amazing deal. I spent six hours on a plane for it, but the reservation - even >48 hours later - never got confirmed.

From the moment I booked, Imoova kept repeating that they were 'still waiting for confirmation from the supplier' - and that they themselves couldn’t get in touch with the supplier. Very strange: why advertise vehicles you can’t even verify exist or are available?

The offer from Seattle remained online as if it was still available, which makes you wonder whether multiple people can book the same vehicle without any kind of real allocation happening.
Asked them if I could get in touch with the supplier myself so I could try reaching them - Imoova couldn't share anything.

With my departure only hours away, this made planning essentially impossible. I had already bought a flight to Seattle “just in case” because Thanksgiving prices were spiking, but even right before leaving there was zero clarity.

Imoova then suggested cancelling, but that doesn’t help much when you’ve already incurred travel costs. Remarkably, when I got in touch with the supplier, Indie Campers said they never received a reservation from Imoova - making this sound like a mess at least, a potential scam at worst.

The staff at Imoova were super polite, but they weren't able to help or solve the issue. If you do want to give it a try through Imoova, and are OK buying flights without knowing whether you’ll actually have a vehicle when you land, I would very much recommend to arrange a back-up plan, such as a rental car / hotel bookings.

Quick response to my booking and easy pick up and drop off

美中不足：
1、车厢侧门密封不严、噪声大。
2、仪表盘偶尔会出现发动机故障报警，过段时间就消失了。

The campervan was okay, but we had an issue where a drunk person crashed into it while it was parked. We were not at fault at all, yet they still don’t want to return our bond, even though it wasn’t our fault

Our Motorhome experience was excellent in every way. The Motorhome was well equipped with everything needed to have an enjoyable experience. Britz/Maui were great to deal, easy, explained everything in great detail. The Mercedes Benz was very easy to drive (despite the Motorhome being quite a big). We loved the freedom of being somewhat independent. We had a great holiday, thank you so much!!

3rd time Ive used Imoova. Easy to book on line and received confirmation the next day. Felt confident to book flight from Adelaide to Christchurch and picked up a 1 month old Britz Mercedes campervan. Booked the extra day and had a great time at Antarctic Centre, Arthur’s Pass hiking, Hammer Springs thermal springs, Kaikoura hike & seal colony, Blenheim, Wellington museum and Auckland.
Only downside was long wait time to pick up campervan as they were very busy with so many hirers. Quick to drop off, and free shuttle to airport.
Overall excellent holiday break

Fun way to travel interstate. Quick and easy process, no issues. Pick up was a long way from anywhere so you need a friend or taxi/uber to drop you off!

My trip was very disappointing.
The rental company provided a vehicle with a serious engine problem. I later found out that the reason they needed the car driven to Sydney was because the engine required repair, something that was never mentioned when I picked up the vehicle.
Because of this, my entire journey was stressful and unpleasant. Instead of enjoying my trip, I spent most of the time dealing with engine issues and driving very carefully to avoid breaking down on the road.
I hope Imoova can improve the management of listings on the platform. Rental companies should be required to clearly state the real reason why a vehicle needs to be relocated, especially when it is due to mechanical faults. Transparency is important for customer safety and experience.

All the details for this trip were alined clearly.very straightforward and everything was dealt as mentioned in the beginning of the process. The van was clean and prepared for the trip, it was an awesome experience! Thank you for helping me make this dream come true 🙏
