Almost everything went smoothly and as expected. Received deposit back quickly and got a motor home for €1 per day + booking fee, which was what I needed.

The only issues we had were on pick up. We’d booked it for 17:00 pick up but the rental company were expecting us for 9:00. This led to a long delay as they had to update their system and remove early pick up charges. We also got a different vehicle to what we were expecting.

My wife & I thoroughly enjoyed our 1st road trip in NZ from Christchurch to Auckland relocating 1 of your motorhomes. We were given a 2024 Mercedes fully equipped for $1/day for 4 days + $100/day for an extra 3 days. Total of x7 days. We saw so much of the South Island and North Island. I would have loved an extra x3 more days to visit a little more of the North Island. Overall we had an amazing experience and highly recommend to anyone travelling to maybe rearrange your starting point travel destinations to save $100's if not a few $1000 in travel costs.

Shocking service at Imoova Montreal — never again

Our experience with Imoova’s Montreal pickup office was absolutely appalling. We followed every pre-check-in instruction and arrived on time, yet were left waiting over two hours with no explanation. Staff wandered around with zero urgency, brushed us off when we tried to ask for help, and were openly rude and dismissive.

When they finally got to us, they had forgotten both our linen and kitchen kits. It took another 20 minutes for them to put these together — still missing basics like pillows, fry pans and other basic items. There was no respect for our time despite us arriving at the pre-scheduled time, after a full day of travel. Because of their delays, we lost precious time and had to cut short several stops on our trip.

To make matters worse, the GPS, USB ports, Bluetooth, and air-conditioning all failed. When I expressed frustration, one staff member told me to “just breathe — you need to breathe.” Completely unprofessional.

The whole experience was disorganised, arrogant, and disrespectful. I will never book an Imoova where I have to deal with Montreal ever again.

In stark contrast, the Orlando drop-off team were fantastic — fast, polite, and efficient. Montreal could learn a lot from them.

Trusted platform for multiple moves interstate. I did have a cancellation on same dates I booked earlier but managed to remain patient and picked up another with a few days to spare. Will keep using to save money on flights.

My first time trying Imoova. Everything went just as planned and we had a great trip. Will definitely use them again.

I set up a notification for the route and vehicle I was after and heard straight back from company once the dates became available. Very easy process and happy with the service.

False advertising and rude service. Imoova sold me a “motorhome” that turned out to be a small electric van with no facilities. They refused a refund and were dismissive when I complained. The van ran out of charge twice on the journey. Terrible experience — avoid this company at all costs.

Easy pick up and return! Car ran great, good size, exactly as advertised, and can’t beat the price. Would definitely use this service again!

It made our experience great because we’ve had time to see certain beautiful views of Australia. For us traveling through Imoova is a wonderful part as of our journey and it makes traveling a bit more enjoyable because of the prices. Overall a great experience.

Ease of pick up and drop off. Van had most of what i needed. Bris to Adelaide roughly 500 in fuel, with 300 easily reimbursed. Watch tolls, can add a bit. $12 per day insurance and $1 for the van! Can't beat it. Stayed on powered site 2 nights (Coffs and Adelaide) out of 5 and van was good without power the other nights. Highly recommend relocate. We did 6 berth with 3 adults. Super comfy. Big drive but we detoured via Mt Buller!

The relocation option is great value and despite imoova being a middleman to Britz, Maui, Apollo etc the booking went smoothly. I was provided with the vehicle that I booked. The vehicle was very modern, and the driving was quite easy as it had all current safety features including Apple CarPlay. All facilities worked well and were clean at pickup. The booking, training ( at handover and in the app) and drop-off experience were all very good and well handled by the BRITZ team. The bond and fuel voucher was refunded immediately at drop off. The THL app is useful for amateur nomads! I can recommend the Relocation option.

I cannot fault the process at all, everything worked like a dream. This was from collection of the vehicle in Darwin to dropping it off in Cairns.
The only issues was the Staff at Imoova and their communication skills.
I will leave it at that for now.

Hace poco utilicé la app imoova y fue una experiencia muy gratificante. Quería viajar de forma económica y encontré la oportunidad de trasladar una furgoneta por solo un euro al día. La reserva fue rápida y sencilla, y toda la información estaba muy clara. Durante el trayecto pude disfrutar de paisajes preciosos y parar en lugares que no conocía. La furgoneta estaba en perfecto estado y era muy cómoda para conducir. Además, el servicio de atención al cliente fue excelente y resolvieron mis dudas enseguida. Sentí una gran libertad viajando a mi propio ritmo. Gracias a imoova descubrí una forma diferente y asequible de explorar nuevos destinos. Sin duda, repetiré la experiencia en mi próximo viaje.

Awful Company that is neglecting international rules

JUCY were really helpful and great value for money. Whenever I had any questions or problems on the road they were quick to respond and offer solution which is great when being a solo traveller. Highly recommend

The Britz campervan that I relocated was easy to drive and had many conveniences.
It was fun to test out driving a campervan via a relocation

I had heard about this before but mainly with Campervans. We wanted to take our time coming down the coast from Brisbane to Melbourne and this was ideal. Really affordable and very convenient. Can't recommend enough.
