Be very carefull when booking thorugh Imoova. They will easily cancel your booking a few days before pick-up. I know its not directly Imoova´s fault, but i know that we will never ever take the risk of booking through imoova again.
They cancelled our van just 1 week before pick-up and now we are lost, since its busy season here in New Zealand so almost everything is booked or crazy expensive. We booked it 2 months ago.
So just a tip, always have a backup plan incase they cancel your booking

Excellent relocation experience!
The campervan was in very good condition, clean and fully equipped. The company was very professional, with clear and quick communication from start to finish. Everything went smoothly and stress-free, and the value for money is unbeatable. I highly recommend it!

The van was fantastic , we really enjoyed the 4 days . However the communication about ferry bookings was very poor . If I hadn’t specifically ask at the desk I would have not known that the ferry booking was made for the particular friday night which meant a hurried trip up north to Picton and a rebook for a night ferry as we did not make the 8:30 pm check in .
Also the “ one free tank of fuel “ is very confusing . At drop off the vehicle is expected to be full of fuel otherwise it extra cost in top of the diesel however , emails to Imoova just directed me back to the supplier - so no refunds so far - two significant dampers on an otherwise great trip - cheers Florian

I couldn’t rave more about this opportunity imoova offers I first used imoova 10 years ago in California to travel the coast with my partner and just recently got to do it in my own country with my whole family including 4 children. It is such an amazing option for a family wanting to experience travel but in a cheaper way.

The service is very good!
Only they forgot to tell me about the KM tax. That was not nice!

Good app! Returning my first rental today, picking up my second in 2 days. App could need some updates, is says vehicles have 4 beds but have none and also choosing pickup/dropoff times are not scrollable so im not able to choose late times.

The online checking system is very helpful, make the picking up very fast without queue. The car is fabulous and excellent to drive, the guidance is very clear. I love my trip, Thank you

Great service from the time we collected to returned. Lots of communication and easy instructions.

This has been my third vehicle relocation, and the longest.
My drive ran smoothly: all 3550 km.
But unfortunately I was notified of an available vehicle very late. 3 or 4 days late, and only 3 days before my departure. This meant booking a flight to Cairns and accommodation down through central Queensland and New South Wales for 5 nights might have been difficult.
This was a serious driving holiday and not a sightseeing holiday. I did about 600km per day.
The small 4 cylinder Rav4 was a good little vehicle.
I was by myself, it was an Adventure and It all made me think, what can I do next?
Maybe something from Darwin.

IMoova as a site and booking system was fairly easy to use and search options with straightforward information. Just put in some basic info and reserved a relocation cross-country. If you have any issues it is likely to be with some of their rental partners which might be in out-of-the-way areas and smaller scale unglamorous operations.

Had a great 8 days in a campervan. The process of booking was super easy.
I would recommend it to anyone that’s on the budget
