This company steal your money/ update... they didn't email me like they say below
I consistently had my items delivered to the wrong address. I contacted customer services multiple times regarding this. I like the products but cancelled my subscription as it was infuriating. They refused to return my money or send another parcel of items because apparently I was out of the 6 months returns timeline. All I wanted was my money back or the products I paid for apparently that was to much. This company stole my money!

Products are brilliant, absolutely love them, customer service is top class, always there to help you out if you have any issues or problems about the products, I have emailed them so many times about products and they have always emailed me back on time, there make up products are brilliant and really good quality, would highly recommend this company.

Been using Il Makiage foundation for a few years now and love it. Tried one of their skin care products on trial but unfortunately it was not suitable for me. The customer service I received around the trial focus product was first class and have now ordered the face primer which I have tried before and love. The complementary gifts that Il Makiage supply with my orders are always fab and provide a nice touch to the service they provide.

Great colour match and appearance.
Really can't believe how well the colour match is with this makeup. Was really expecting it to be too light or too dark but it was pretty exact. Light and natural looking on older skin too. So far so good, glad I took the leap and tried it out now.

I've had about 7 bottles of this now…
I've had about 7 bottles of this now and originally it replaced my usual estee lauder one....still happy with shade which I did tweak last time to suit my skin tone as I age.I have skin that gets oily through the day so still use powder.I'vd never gotten on with primers.I like the coverage and it applies lovely for a low maintenance gal 😁 delivery was super quick again.

Amazing customer service and high end foundation
I had a bit of a rocky start when my first shade match wasn't quite right for my skin tone. However, I went online and after answering few questions, they quickly sent me a replacement with a better shade match.
Once the new shade arrived, it was an absolute game-changer. The foundation feels so light and smooth on the skin, gives great buildable coverage, and looks completely natural without feeling heavy. Huge thank you to the support team for making it right. Highly recommend and worth a try if you are not happy with your old foundation like me.

The products are good, but your prices are way off. Too much money spent on marketing budget and quiz’s ????
£42 for a primer? I did use your powerlift pumping cream for quite a while. But discovered Medik8, and for nearly the same price, much more advanced and better results. I don’t know where you think you stand in the market. You are asking premium brand prices, but you are not a premium brand 🤷♀️

Great products,fab customer service
This is a great company I've had several products from them,the foundation is the best I've had for matching skin tone.
They are also true to their word regarding their 14 day trial if you are not happy with the product.
I would definitely recommend
