IL MAKIAGE New York Anmeldelser

The service was impressive- they literally did what they promised and I could try the items for free. I really really wanted to love the anti aging blur- but it just didn’t do what I wanted it to do and the product didn’t suit me, I created a return and had an instant refund, allowed to keep the product (which I totally didn’t expect and I’ll pass it to a friend to try) and it’s been very quick, easy and seamless. Total respect for a company that lives up to their promises. I’ve ordered more items as I now have complete faith int he integrity of Il Makiage even though a couple of the things I tried weren’t right I will still try some other items to find the right one for me.

Good quality and excellent customer service

The fact you can try the product before you buy which is really good

Great customer service from Alex.
Order arrived quickly well packaged.
Super good responses to email.

Excellent customer service and quality products. Customer for life here

The issue with me is the false advertising, I purchased this on the basis of the full coverage look via instagram. In no way did this foundation provide the coverage the models were wearing. This was more a watery foundation and I had to apply 2-3 coatings and still I didnt get the coverage.

The product itself did not work for my routine, but as a.company they were fantastic with a return accepted with no quibble. I wouldn't hesitate to purchase from them again, in fact I already have.

Ordering was simple and fast.
Package issued and delivered promptly as promised.

Its one perfect product since ice started wearing this my skin started to glow it not just give you good courage but also loves skin smooth and soft auto repairs my skin. If I weR any other foundation it gives me spots but not this my completion is co clear no .

They are quick to respond to emails, they are friendly & helpful and returns are no hassle. Can’t fault their customer service they really want you to have a good experience and will do everything they can to make sure that is the case

I've not had my delivery yet, however this make up is absolutely fabulaaaas used it for some time now would highly recommend

This concerns Il Makiage UK. It’s impossible to cancel a subscription. It took me months to get them to cancel. Then they did. Several months later, unsolicited, I get another subscription charge and it’s up and running again. Legalized theft.

I have been a customer for a few years now, and I do like the product. However, I've been having major problems actually getting hold of it. I ordered a replacement bottle of foundation in August. I received an email saying it was delayed and gave me the option of a refund or sending out a second delivery. I agreed to have a second one sent out. By this point, I had completely run out and had a wedding to go to, so I just had to make do with concealer. They also tried to tell me that my address was incomplete. When I asked what address it had been sent to, they sent me my full address, which was the same address I have always used. It's been a fortnight since that was supposedly sent, but it still hasn't arrived, so I contacted them again. I received the same email I had in the first place, offering me the options of it being sent out or a refund. What's to stop it from going missing again? It's seemingly an issue with Evri, but Evri are notorious for losing parcels, so why use them in the first place?

Great communication all the way through. Great to be able to try before you buy!
