Super handy. Just put in your request and the clothes are picked up, cleaned and returned when you have requested them to be. If there are any issues the communication is great.

A shoddy and unethical service - DON'T USE IT!
Ihateironing drycleaned my cashmere sweater and returned it with a hole in the sweater that was not there beforehand. When I called them to ask them to fix, they picked up and then returned it 'cleaned' 2 weeks later, still with the hold. I asked them to pick it up and fix the hole or replace the sweater. They picked it up and then 'couldn't find the order' when I called to ask for a report on progress. They do shoddy work and are unreliable and unethical. The sweater was expensive and I have no recourse because they refuse to acknowledge that they have it. DON'T USE THIS SERVICE IF YOU HAVE ANY OTHER ALTERNATIVE.

Best service you can find!
Perfect dry cleaning service as well as tailoring. I have my wool trousers regularly dry cleaned with IHI and I am very satisfied. I’ve also had a lengthening service and waist in service for my trousers- They called me before completing the job and informed me that there is a chance the pockets on the back show a lot different after the waist is shortened- I confirmed with them to go ahead and the result was perfect, excellent attention to detail! Highly recommend!

Very poor shoe cleaning service
Used them for trainer cleaning, the return was delayed by 5 days. Both trainers came back with lots of visible marks on, stiff and coarse to the touch (probably due to solutions used). Would not recommend their shoe cleaning service.

Excellent service!
Absolutely brilliant service from ihateironing.com. The driver is fantastic, always friendly, reliable and professional, the turnaround is quick, and the prices are very reasonable. The service genuinely makes my life so much easier.
This is in complete contrast to my dreadful experience with Love2Laundry, who returned my laundry damp, stained and still visibly dirty while claiming it had been cleaned. The standard was appalling and I would never use them again so people, please beware!
Thankfully, ihateironing.com has shown what a proper, professional laundry service should look like. Everything comes back fresh, clean and beautifully pressed. I am extremely happy and would highly recommend them.

Can’t tell they’ve been cleaned
Pick up and drop off great. I put two duvets in for cleaning. They’ve come back and the only way I can tell anything has happened to them is that they are creased. They smell of nothing. I’m not convinced they’ve been through any washing machine.
Tried calling customer services at 730am (they open at 7) and no one picked up after 10 mins before informing me that no agents were available.
I’m going to take them to a different dry cleaners now.
