Excellent service
I have used the company for several years now as at 82years of age find sheets and duvet covers difficult to do on my own.
You can choose your own delivery day and time. The drivers always polite. If they are held up in traffic and not going to be in your time frame you get a text to explain reason for delay.
Bags are provided for collection and return. The items are neatly pressed and folded and wrapped in tissue paper.
I think excellent value for money and would highly recommend them

Quick service
Pick up and delivery is within the stated times. Texts advising when items have been collected and delivered are helpful. The items folded and wrapped in tissue paper. The App could be a little more user friendly in that a drop down menu that one could click to show which services one wanted would be more helpful.

Solution to laundry problem
From my first service with this company I was impressed with reliability of collection and rapid delivery, very reasonable cost and high standard of service including purpose designed bag. I cannot dry washing outside, so bedding and towels were a problem until I found I Hate Ironing, the perfect solution

Do NOT use them for anything delicate. Worst decision I’ve ever made sending expensive Loro Piana shoes for a cleaning. Not only were they not able to clean the spots they messed up the entire texture of the shoe, it’s not hard to touch and the back part of the shoe has totally lost shape.

Honestly I’m absolutely appalled by…
Honestly I’m absolutely appalled by this company. They tried to charge me 8.92 x 4 for “silk or beaded” items. When I rang to ask what that was because I didn’t give them anything silk or beaded they said it was dresses? I said I don’t wear dresses. I asked for photos of what they were referring to and they ignored me. Safe to say I will not be using them ever again! Reply: I can’t share my order number on here so why you don’t you message me directly.

Ideal for during kitchen works
I used I Hate Ironing for service washes whilst we were having our kitchen renovation. Always turned up on time, driver was really lovely, and washing was to a very high standard and nicely folded. It made life a lot less stressful. Would absolutely use them again and recommend their service wash as it's such good value. Love the bag as well!
