Formal Complaint
Formal Complaint – Extremely Rude and Disrespectful Behaviour
The delivery person behaved in an extremely rude, impolite, and disrespectful manner. As we opened the main entrance door of our building to exit, he forced his way inside, physically blocking our path, as though he had some entitlement to enter before the residents.
What was even more unacceptable was that he did not apologise and instead tried to argue with us when we pointed out his behaviour. We made it clear that, at the very least, he should have apologised for deliberately forcing his way past us.
This kind of behaviour is completely unacceptable. Delivery personnel are expected to treat EVERYBODY with basic courtesy and respect.

An absolute nightmare from start to…
An absolute nightmare from start to finish. I booked a collection slot, waited around, and no one showed up. When I called, I was falsely reassured someone was on the way. No one arrived. I called back only to be told they had no idea what happened and couldn't collect until the next day.The next day, they finally collected my items. However, the delivery quality was appalling. The clothes were horribly rolled up—resembling how a teenager throws clothes away rather than a professional folding job. Everything was shoved into a small white plastic bag and then stuffed right back into the dirty bag I used to send the laundry in. I even found used, dirty gloves mixed in with my clean items, and multiple garments had white marks on them.This service cost nearly £300, yet the presentation looked nothing like the premium images advertised on their website. This is blatant false advertising. When I complained, management failed to grasp the issue and offered a pathetic partial refund. They also offered to recollect the clothes to rectify the mistakes; I waited in yet again, only for no one to turn up for a second time. They even insultingly offered to "send me bags" instead of addressing the hygiene and service failures. Save your money; this company does not deliver what they promise.

I’ve used ihateironing several times…
I’ve used ihateironing several times now and have always been really impressed with the service. Everything is incredibly easy from start to finish, with convenient collection and delivery, great communication, and clothes always coming back perfectly cleaned, pressed and looking like new.
The service is reliable, professional and saves so much time and hassle. I’ve trusted them with some of my more expensive clothes too and everything has always been looked after brilliantly.
Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a high-quality, dependable dry-cleaning service. I’ll definitely continue using them.

Poor quality and getting worse
I have used this service for 5 plus years but in the last 6 months it's become terrible - items damaged, not ironed, no responsibility for the quality of the service and it's expensive. I have found it really terrible in the last few orders and I have been a weekly user for all these years.

Won’t be using them again
Whilst IHR were on time to pick up and deliver laundry, I am appalled by the quality of ironing. Despite a call to complain and an email with photos attached, I have not heard back from them. My local high street laundry does a far better job, but I chose this service because of the convenience. I will not be using them again.

Brilliant company, picked my king sized duvet up at a convenient time and returned it a couple of days later but beautifully cleaned and smelling fresh as a Daisy! It’s also delivered in a very smart hold all that you can re use to send off any other items which I definitely will. Fantastic service and excellent customer service, I highly recommend using them.
