I have used I hate Ironing in the past…
I have used I hate Ironing in the past and been happy apart from one thing there billing system.
DO NOT USE - OVERCHARGING
I use standard UK double bedding and am constantly overcharged as king size even though a manager put a note on my account.
This week they have surpassed themselves not only did they change for king size but keep inventing additional non existing items. I have rewritten the laundry 6x times by email and went through once by telephone. They are still overcharging, so a phone call itemising and confirming the costs means nothing.
THEY HAVE LOST A CUSTOMER OVER A SIMPLY ORDER

We had been using a different laundry…
We had been using a different laundry company for quite a while and the quality was diabolical, I genuinely thought that it was going to be impossible to find a decent one(if at all) as they all had such bad reputations. The one day I then saw an IHI laundry van and decided to give them a try, oh my goodness me, we cannot commend them more, our laundry arrives, fresh clean and folded. The collections and drop offs are like clockwork, the delivery drivers are kind, courteous, polite and most importantly of all, the value for money is superb, they're amazing!

Absolute shame
Absolute shame. They destroyed a mattress topper (drying it too hot, synthetic lining melted) and stained ALL (!) the other ones with grease. They did not take responsibility for this, they did not give us any refund or compensation so far, and simply ignored my query about this. The customer service communication is random. One time they tell you something, the next time something else, no consistency. It's a different person each time.
It's unfortunate because in the past we had truly good results with them. But it's inconsistent, we also had misses. And when eventually all your laundry end up destroyed like happened to us, don't count on customer service to help.

Whether it is dry cleaning or wash, everything shrunk by about an inch.
Really good for towels or things you don't mind being industrially cleaned.

I am very impressed with the service from ihateironing. The collection was almost immediate, which is incredibly convenient, and the 24 hour turnaround is fantastic.

Appalling quality! 10 Broken buttons!
We’ve been using IHI since 2019, but I’ve finally had enough. Dry cleaning regularly comes back creased, and even duvet covers are returned with cracked buttons.
The final straw: 3 Isaia men’s linen jackets returned with 10 broken/cracked buttons. They promised repairs before our holiday, but failed to return them in time despite my supplying 7 replacement buttons.
When the jackets finally came back (after my holiday), they were creased again and 2 of my replacement buttons had disappeared. They couldn’t find similar buttons so I asked for the jackets back and they couldn’t deliver them back before I left.
After around 10 calls, there has been no meaningful apology or service recovery beyond an offer to cover tailoring costs. The manager promised to personally check that the 7 buttons would be returned to me with jackets in pristine condition as I had paid for dry cleaning.
Damaged clothes, broken promises, missing property and appalling customer service. After 7 years as a customer, I’m done.

Intimidating pregnant women!
Aggressive, intimidating and verbally abusive staff member. I would not recommend this company at all - male staff who like to verbally abuse vulnerable pregnant women aswell as drive in intimidating manner.

I would not give any star to this…DEEPLY DISAPPOINTED
I would not give any star to this service but the minimum star is one so here we go.
As a long term customer, I am deeply, deeply disappointed in the service they provide due to my recent experience.
First of all. I placed an order as usual to have my designer branded trousers dry cleaned and I have included images regarding the stains and instructed them to clean them off the fabric. First round came back my trousers still had stain on, so I raised a complaint, I will give credit on how fast they responded and apologised and I was booked in for a re-collection for those items on the 4th Aug. I sent them away alongside other items that needs to be cleaned. I waited for a whole week, there was no news regarding my order so I called up and made another complained two days ago, again they were responsive and apologetic and immediately booked the delivery for last night. However, last night when I received my order I found out that only the complained items (3 pairs of trousers) came back, but the rest of my items have gone missing. I tried to call for 3 times to the customer service ask for help but they have been so inefficient and I still don't know where my items are. Therefore, I decide to leave this long complaint here so remind you, as a dry cleaning company providing services to customers all over the country, is this how you treat a long term committed customer？

They take your money and run
Ihateironing advertise themselves as able to get stains out of suede. They charge heftily for the service. I send off my item, making it clear this is the purpose of getting it cleaned. I get an email back telling me there's a stain. I email back saying that if they can't get it out they should return the item without trying. They take a week, and then return the item supposedly cleaned with the stain exactly as it was before.

Great experience and service!
I've been using this service for about a year now and I've really enjoyed my experience. The app makes it really easy to book an order, and the delivery is always on time and very efficient. I also really like the garment bags they use; it makes it super easy to then use them back for other orders. They also always return the items in the exact condition I want them in. I've really enjoyed the ironing service as sometimes you really have a growing pile this makes it so much easier as something to tick off your 'to-do' list.
I also find their prices quite competitive and really good. I've recently used a different in person dry cleaners and their prices were quite high and the quality not as good, so I've decided to solely use IHI from now on. Thanks for being a great company!

Ihateironing made our recent trip to london flawless. They picked up and dropped off directly to our concierge and turn around time was very fast.
