Quick fix & return
Had my power wash about a month, only used it a handful of times for light domestic work. One during mid use, it stopped dead. Power was non existent - tried the usual fuses etc.
I contacted the IGE whatsapp helpline with the same description. They arranged a collection within 48 hrs. Within a couple of hours of collection, I received a note from Eugene in aftersales, saying my power wash was fixed. Turns out a loose connection. They have arranged to have it returned to be shortly. Excellent & prompt communication from the IGE team & delighted it was a quick fix. Simon
