Very impressed with this company got a Hyundai 3400pri power washer which came very fast and was easy to put together but there was a hole in the hose which I told them about and the had a new one out in 2 days very good service Eugene was the man dealing with my problem and deserves 5 stars for sorting out the problem will be only to happy to buy from this company again

After Sales Service / Warranty
A seal needed to be replaced on my pressure washer under warranty. The washer was collected at my home, repaired and delivered back all within a week. Unfortunately within a few weeks of the repair the washer refused to start however it is now going to be replaced by IGE. While I'm slightly disappointed with the actual pressure washer I cannot fault IGE and Eugene for their exceptionally prompt and efficient after sales service.
