I’ve been using the iGarden X PRO 10 for a few weeks now, and so far, I’m quite happy with it.

The product feels solid and well-designed, and the portable setup is very convenient. The water flow is impressive, and it provides a good swimming experience without needing a permanent installation.

Customer service has also been responsive, friendly, and willing to help. It’s reassuring to see a company that takes customer satisfaction seriously.

It’s still too early to comment on long-term reliability, but my overall experience has been positive so far.

i bought the kn40 pool robot it work great for about 1 month until it stop charging. I contacted igarden by phone and they got back to me via email promptly. they trouble shooting the problem it didn't work so they decided to send me a new robot. i must say their costumer service was great .

We bought a self-cleaning pool vacuum from iGarden. The product worked great but after about 6 months the charger stopped working for some reason. I contacted iGarden customer support via email and was almost immediately responded to by Boone. He was fantastic. He helped me troubleshoot each step to identify the problem which ended up being the charger. He offered to send me a brand new charger, at no cost to me, which arrived in just 2 days and immediately solved the problem. He was knowledgeable, courteous, and, above all, just very, very helpful. I have recommended iGarden products to all of my friends and family and would urge anyone to consider their products. Aside from the excellent customer service, the product itself is absolutely fantastic. It cleans my whole pool in probably about an hour, Anyway, I can't say enough about this company and it's products. Give them a try. You won't regret it.

The customer service team were incredibly prompt and helpful with replies. The shipment was dispatched the next day after purchase and arrived as promised! I look forward to trying out the x35 swimjet shortly. So far had a 10/10 experience.

Excellent customer service - very fast response. Sent me a prepaid shipping label and dropped off the old unit at Fedex. Very simple and efficient. A pleasure to deal with their professional team.

The machine has run daily for several months now and does an excellent job keeping my pool clean just as advertised. We have a zero entry pool with some steps after the zero entry, and in a perfect world the machine could climb the steps and keep the zero entry area as clean as it keeps the rest of the pool. Maybe that will be in an update at some point? Also, customer service has been super responsive and helpful as we have recently discovered a quality defect causing the track to pop off and stop the routines.

The customer service experience went exceptionally smooth. The response to my problem was taken care of in a timely manner. It is so refreshing to deal with a company that actually puts their customers first.

We experienced a slight technical problem with our otherwise perfect K36, and the support team was helpful and knowledgeable in rectifying the situation to our satisfaction. A fine product and a great staff. Thank you.

First, let me say this thing works exactly like it is supposed to - actually probably better. It is everything I expected and more. More importantly, I just had an issue with it. I contacted Igarden. In a matter of minutes, they have a brand new one on its wan. No questions, no argument, no hoops to jump through. I didn’t even have to ask. They just did it. I can’t see how you could possibly be better than that. The only reason I gave it 5 stars is that 6 stars is not an option.

The SwimJet is a great workout for a backyard pool, and the iGarden customer service has been super helpful and accommodating helping to resolve a few issues.

Had an issue with right track not turning on our KN35 and found that the drive cog had sheared off the main body housing. Customer Support was great and did not hesitate to send out a replacement product

I have had two pool cleaners, both chorded. I have not been happy with either one. The most recent just died.
I was not in a hurry to buy another one. I self- vacuumed for several weeks but started the online search for another one, chordless. The possibilities seemed unlimited and I had almost decided when the IGarden products popped up. All the reviews of the various products are very similar. Mostly real good with a few not so good. I guess what persuaded me to purchase the K 40 was it seemed relatively simple compared to many. Too many features and more things to go wrong! And the 3 year warranty. It arrived yesterday and I put it to work last night with the full time mode and full cleaning mode. When I got up this morning the pool was as clean as I have ever seen it. And it had parked itself next the edge in the shallow end. Maybe that was just coincidental but will find out soon. The packaging and boxing was very good. Setting it up was no problem. We'll see if this lasts as I am still very skeptical of these robotic pool aids. Forgot to mention, I have had four solar powered skimmers. The last one I returned for a full refund.

i had bought a pool robot from i garden through a european dealer (decathlon). since my pool wall was clean i only used the floor mode. when i needed the wall mode function, the robot didn't do the job. since i couldn t reach decathlon (dealer), i contacted the igarden support and they helped me to resolve the problem within 10 min. they re great, very helpfull with knowledgable advice and i worked. they are fast in response, efficient in asking video/ admin info to resolve the issue at hand swiftly. very happy with their help !!

I have an issue with my K36 pool cleaner and after providing photos and video I was assured the unit had a defect and a replacement would be sent ASAP. Thank you

I love the job the KN35 does cleaning my pool, Unfortunately, I had numerous problems with the tracks staying in the wheel grooves. They slid off, requiring me to work them back on - not an easy task. The orange decorative caps, that mount on the wheels keep coming up as well, and I suspect are indication some sore of torque or alignment problem. I want my machine to work. The help I got from the iGarden support team was exceptional. It is obvious that they believe in their products and understand and value their customers’ expectations. A new replacement unit was shipped almost immediately. Thanks.

I received great customer support service. The robotic cleaner works great. The cleaner has a minor issue but it still functions well without the part. Igarden generously will be replacing the cleaner.

The swim jet is so versatile. Our entire family uses it for fitness, fun and recovery.

I initially bought the swim jet for me to be able to swim "laps." However, using the swim jet for waves very quickly became a family favorite pool activity. On top of that, my son, who is a high school athlete, started using it for recovery workouts and has been injury-free so far this season.

I'm so glad I chose this product. It has more than met my expectations.
