Quick response from I Garden and helpful service to arrange delivery of the swim jet . Easy to order through the website. Very excited to start swimming using the iGarden X35- P60

I bought the K Pro 100 device and unfortunately it did not last 24 hours and encountered an error. The support team have been great in troubleshooting the problem and arranged for a replacement unit. I received the replacement unit quickly and got the robot working. It worked perfectly and was even able to clean our shallow bench, which would have normally been done manually. The only issue is that you cannot access the robot via the app, once it is in the pool. But that makes sense, because bluetooth won't work through water :) So it is more a cordless robot issue that an iGarden product issue. But all in all, extremely happy with the product and teh generous warranty that iGarden offer, with their support team, definitely gives peace of mind.

Excellent customer service and a great solution!

I experienced a battery issue with my iGarden Jetstream and contacted their customer support team.
After reviewing the problem with their technical team, they confirmed that the battery was defective. Instead of asking me to send the unit in for repair, they kindly offered to replace it with a brand-new one.
I really appreciate their understanding, helpfulness and willingness to provide a quick, customer-friendly solution. A special thank you to the customer support team for their assistance and excellent communication!
I'm now looking forward to receiving my replacement. Thank you again for your excellent customer service!

I purchased a swim jet X back in May and I have been given 100's of excuses why they haven't delivered it. I was even offered an upgrade but this never turned up. I was then offered another upgrade if I paid extra which I wasn't prepared to do. Feel like a they are a fake scammer company.

Customer service was quick to reply, as well as offer solutions to my problem. I love my pool vacuum. It has worked amazing for the past six months, however, yesterday it started having issues. I contacted customer support. They were quick to come up with problem solving and a solution, and are sending me out a replacement. 100% satisfied with this company. Would definitely buy from them in the future

I moved into a house with a pool and started shopping for a pool robot. After looking at a lot of options, I went with the iGarden K150 Pro. The design and specs stood out, but what really sold me was the customer service. I had plenty of very basic questions as someone new to pool robots, and the team was happy to walk me through every one of them.

The robot itself has been great. It’s cordless, runs on a cycle, and can stay in the pool for days at a time without any fuss. Whenever I’ve had a question about using it, the iGarden team has been easy to reach and incredibly responsive.

Highly recommend both the product and the company behind it.

I had an issue with my K36 unit. I contacted customer support who were so helpful, professional and patient while helping me help them diagnose the issue. Photos and videos were sent and i must congratulate Melody from customer support for her guidance and help to resolve my issue. I am totally satisfied with the outcome and resolution. I would recommend iGarden products to anyone. They stand by their warranty and the customer support is above and beyond what I expected.

The battery charger stopped charging after a couple of months of use. Contacted IGarden via email and received instructions to verify replacement was required! Very responsive!

I had an issue I called customer service. Shortly after calling them I received a email message wanting to help me resolve my issue which they did in a fast timely manner. The customer service from IGarden went above my expectations. I would highly recommended them and would happily buy from them again.

I ordered a swim jet X30-P30 last Friday 15.10.26, by Monday I wanted to get help with my order, so I called customer service from Australia not knowing it was after hours in US time. Thought I would sent an email to ask for ETA TIME.
I was very happy with their customer service, they have answered all my questions promptly via email and have also tried to return my call the next day due to time differences. Still waiting for my product to arrive. Customer service had advised there is a delay in product availability until late November. I have read through many positive feedback about the product so am happy to wait. Thank you team for being very informative about the product status. Your assistance is vey much appreciated

Igarden has had supply problems which the customer service team has addressed promptly and with goodwill leaving a feeling of good service despite the underlying problems

My experience with this business has been very positive. The purchasing process was straightforward and easy to navigate, and the customer services has been excellent. Responses have always been very prompt, helpful and responsive to my needs.

The pool vacuum is an excellent product. It worked wonderfully all summer keeping my pool bottom clean. However, one day it just stopped working. A quick call to technical support resolved the issue promptly. I’m happy with the quickness the support gave me in response to my issue.

I had an IGarden pool cleaner K-Series that stop working properly. I reached out to IGarden support and they immediately responded ask relevant questions to my issue and within an hour provide a solution.

The K-series pool has worked so well we don’t use any outside maintenance we are able to maintain the pool ourselves with the help of our K-series pool cleaner we use daily.
