Thank you for making this portal to making our life easier , it is simple quick and easy you just write all your expenses benefits and ect. And it does all for you send your budget to company you would like to be contacted they do all for you . What else you want 🤷‍♀️ . The only thing they should make a different cards with benefits I know there is a option but would be even more quicker if they wrote all separate but all in all is great . No stress like on calls no aquard conversation and ect.For me personally is perfect.

So helpful this company , lovely staff on the phones .

IE hub is easy to use and you only share what you want definitely recommend

IE Hub helped me to manage my financial difficulties caused from a recent 4 month absence from work due to a heart attack and then immediately straight after pneumonia with severe complications. Normally I earn a respectable salary and the four months I was off caused not only financial difficulties but also a stress on my heart.

My finance company put me in touch with IE Hub and not only can I say my financial situation is not resolved but well on the way to being so but I am getting stronger and less stressed every day.

IE Hub is really user friendly, clear to understand and answer and felt like I tool to genuinely help rather than chastise.

Excellent communication with the Hub. I found their website easy to access around and informative. Helped me with an application for energy from Scope and will update as I go along now on there with my budgeting.

So far I have not had problems with this company. But I have had harassment from the companies they wrote to and have received 2 county court summonses even though I can not begin to start paying them. Disabled and unable to park. Also 65 in July.

The questionnaire was easy to follow. Found it easy to answer all relevant phases. Would use again if needed.

Easy to complete with granular relevant details required but not overwhelming. I was able to stay focused and complete in full - very easy to share with companies who may need confirmation of your current I&E and it also highlights extra supportive steps.

Easy to fill in very helpfull and really took a load off my mind

I found myself in financial difficulty when my partner left me and was directed towards IE Hub. What a difference it has made and I can now sleep soundly knowing I have dealt with the debts we both incurred together, on my own!

I'm not happy about sharing my personal information and personal details, financial to another company. We are carers and are not asking for any financial support, but may need prioritising re some services to continue to care for our parents, but the only way it appears to access your service is to disclose all the above as I have stated

It was OK there needs to be more improvement some people DONT HAVE ID and they should take that into consideration
