The ease of use needs looking at…
The ease of use needs looking at really, I found it ok to complete everything however it wasn't as easy as it could have been. In my opinion it would be easier to be able to transfer a credit report into the debts section rather than having to input every debt you have individually. I feel you need to increase who you can share with company wise as I found it really difficult to find the company's that I needed to send my income expenditure to. For the few companies I did manage to share with it has been very affective and the companies have approached me to deal with my outstanding debt and arrears hence the 4☆, if there were the changes suggested above this service would have received 5☆ all day long.

We're really pleased to hear that sharing your budget through IE Hub helped open conversations with some of your creditors and that they've been proactive in getting back to you. That's exactly the kind of outcome we hope to achieve.
You’ve made some great points too.
We know the process can sometimes feel longer than people expect. Part of the reason for that is that we use the Standard Financial Statement (SFS). While it helps make sure everyone is working from the same information, it can mean we need to ask quite a lot of questions. We're always looking at ways to make the journey smoother though, and we're currently working on improvements that will make completing a budget feel quicker and easier.
We also really like your suggestion about importing data from a credit report. We currently offer Open Banking, which allows customers to securely pull some of their financial information into their budget, but we know that can feel a bit daunting for some people. A credit report option could be a fantastic alternative, so we'll definitely add that to our list of ideas to explore.
And we couldn't agree more about the share list. Our goal has always been to make it possible for people to complete their affordability information once and share it with all the organisations they need to deal with. Nobody should have to keep repeating the same information over and over again. We're working hard to bring more companies onto the platform and would love to see even more organisations join in the future.
