Shocking company. Zero customer service. Did not want to repair a faulty Sage barista express that they sold and lied by saying they only swap for like for like. They have hundreds of these battered coffee machines for sale. Did not even test mine when sent out. Avoid this rubbish company.

Sold a faulty sage soft scoop ice cream machine. Requested refund and sellers quick response pre sale was altogether more laboured when trying to resolve the problem. I received a full refund shortly after returning item via courier so fair play. What I find annoying, however, is that my negative feedback ("item received was defective, received a full refund on return") was immediately hidden by eBay. Looking here it seems they have form in this regard and can't believe they can hide such feedback to the cost of unwary buyers.

Received a machine that doesn’t work.
Trying to resolve through eBay, but currently no response. I wish I had read these reviews before my purchase.

Update have had a response, but communication seems to be a slow and not very proactive. Have asked for a full refund which I received.

Stay clear. Purchased a coffee machine which came with a whole host of things missing. Repose was “not included” even through they weren’t on the list of things not included and some fundamental to the operation of the machine. I asked what the complaints procedure was and was told I had to provide evidence of an official police report. Avoid at all costs

Bought a second hand phone for a very good price through ebay. Item as described.

In would like to disagree with the company being very bad. We ordered a rattan style bistro set which arrived in super fast time. The sides to the table were missing so I emailed them. This was on Thursday of Jubilee bank holiday. Didn’t expect response until at least Monday however they emailed back same day apologising that they were unable to get sides out for delivery until Monday, Received them on Tuesday. This is impressive. Mistakes happen but this was resolved very efficiently and promptly. So they definitely get 5 stars from me. Thank you Idoodirect. Please don’t listen to all negative reviews.

Shocking company. I ordered a coffee machine but what I received was more like a pile of rubble from a war zone. It was also completely broken and didn't work. These pathetic conmen clearly use a team of blind monkeys to operate their quality control.
Dont buy anything from these Charlatans!!!

Bought a Sage Barista Express coffee maker 5 December 21 Was disappointed in the condition of the machine. It looked very well used and second-hand. Stainless steel all scratched , gouge on control panel etc. Got poor customer service response so left a negative feedback on Ebay, as had several other customers. Looked today on Ebay, all negative feedback has been removed I assume by Ebay except for most recent. If you look on Idooodirect Ebay feedback profile page right hand side it says Revised Feedback 408 Where's my feedback gone? and probably another 407 negative feedbacks, they wont be removing positive ones.

23rd November - Purchased a Sage Oracle Coffee Machine. Arrived promptly but had boiler damage. After a bit of effort arranged a collection with idoo. Stated a I wanted a replacement seeing as I had a 12 month guarantee. No response at all so was refunded by eBay.

26th November - thought I’d give it another shot, item arrived promptly, but this time the tamper was damaged. Item was collected the day after. Discussed that I didn’t want a refund and just send a working item.

Called this morning, was told item has arrived back to them, and a new unit is needed, there are 8 in stock and one will be despatched. I call at 4pm because I didn’t receive a confirmation and I am told that they will chase this and ensure it is despatched in time. By 5pm I have received an eBay message which doesn’t correlate to my previous conversations with them

The excuse of damaged in transit multiple times Is not acceptable.

I appreciate a refund the second time has been issued promptly, however it seems like I have wasted the like 2 weeks chasing them, talking to customer services on the phone pointless with no consistent outcome.

It should be as simple as sending me a working machine rather than using a refund as an escape route.

Clearly their machines are heavily used returned or faulty units which are not inspected.

Wish it was a positive experience as last year I purchased a machine which was perfect.

Won’t be dealing with this company again, and being a member of many sage communities I do not intend to reccomend them.

My only thanks goes to the selective kind staff that tried their best to help the situation .

Yes they have 29000 positive reviews eBay - this is if nothing goes wrong in 60 days. I am sure that they would have far less if we could change or update the rating.

I bought a Pixel 2xl phone that had a 12 month warranty however they say that it is only 30 day. Even though no one can see the original eBay listing and none of their paperwork had the warranty duration.

And the wall they throw up when you try to make an official complaint. And the official complaint procedure was so thorough that they never asked to see the chats between eBay and myself confirming that the original listing had inexplicably disappeared.
