Hi just to let everyone know about the company idoodirect whom where I bought my coffee machine from.Absolutely worst company and do not care at all.I spoke to customer services back in 20th May 2024 and was referred on to coffee classics.

So think again if your buying a refurbished machine and do not even think about buying anything through idoodirect.If you run into a problem good luck with them.

Didn't even check because you normally have consumer rights and a 2yr legal warranty.Under CRA 2015 meaning retailer cannot refuse to provide you with a repair simply because the warranty has expired.

If there was 0 stars it would get it but generous in getting 1 star.Sure you can't even get a telephone number for them.

Thanks for your reply, but it a bit too late as I have been in contact with Sage Appliances as well, and they are looking after me far better than yourself and are giving me free postage and returns labels.

I am very disappointed with your offer as the coffee machine was purchased from yourselves, but Sage Appliances have stepped up, and all I wanted was my coffee machine working.

When I did make contact previously with yourselves, I was directed to the Company Coffee Classics,I did get their costs, which would end up possibly more than I paid for the coffee machine.

It seemed that my review on Trust Pilot gained a response from your company, so I will update again on Trust Pilot the outcome in full.

Reading the 1 star reviews and 5 star reviews 42% and 43% says it all there anyway I will not be buying another item from idoodirect.With regards to warranty you have statutory rights under CRA 2015 and the 6mths warranty is a joke.

I have purchased several items from this company and they simply dont disappoint. The delivery times are accurate and speedy. The products are high quality and their support when you have any questions is all that it should be. In this day and age its really nice to find a company that still values its customers by giving a 5 star service. My thanks to all who make that possible.

Lost for words. I ordered, received following day, ordered Sage Coffee machine, I was hesitant as I purchased same machine prior from John Lewis. Firstly extremely well protected in original box. could see the box had been opened, carefully I took it out, oh my I thought, I looked everywhere for a mark, scratch but nothing, ok I thought lets try it out. I was prompted setting it up from the dial like you would as new. Then it made the most incredible coffee. I am convinced this is new and never used. It had a seal on the box tested which to be honest is better than buying main store (even direct you get faults). I absolutely would look here first for any electrical or infact anything, I also know I have a guarantee and returns policy, but you not getting this back for sure, did I mention it looks stunning.

Excellent customer service, from a speedy delivery to after delivery support. They respond very quickly to emails, trying their very best to help; so refreshing now a days!!
I'd certainly recommend the certified approved products, which I received, you'll get virtually a new product at a big saving plus 12 months warranty.
A big shout out to their Operations Manager who helped me out post delivery.

I purchased a Sage Nespresso coffee machine recently - I contacted them as the milk wand stopped working. I was told to do xyz, sent videos as requested, then arranged collection only to be told that my 6 month warranty expired 2 days ago!! Then to be told, "we will give you 10% off of purchasing another machine.....i bought two machines at the same time and definitely will not be purchasing another machine if they are clearly designed to break just after their warranty expires....shameful

I purchased through EBay, a Sage Barista Touch, second one from Idoodirect as first one turned up with dents and the glass panel cracked .

Purchased in November the second machine and advertised as very good with a year’s warranty.

Warranty is useless , customer support is useless and very slow to respond when you have a problem. Quick to respond when your buying something.

Sent Sage Coffee back for repair after four months as the machine does not brew. Cleaned and descaled regularly so knew it was not that.

Got the coffee machine back with the same issue, looks like they did not even bother looking at it.

Over £500 so not cheap, please avoid .

EBay don’t want to know as it’s outside the 30 days.

Delivered the next day, for free! Item as described. Brilliant experience with this firm. Will buy from them again.

I've messaged this company twice on eBay about a screen fault on the Samsung phone I bought from them via eBay last October. Not had a reply from idoodirect and ebay's processes are useless in this scenario. Avoid this seller at all costs.

I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the recent purchase of a Sage Oracle Touch coffee machine through your authorized seller, Idoodirect, on eBay. I regret to inform you that my experience thus far has been nothing short of disappointing and frustrating.

Upon receiving the first machine, I encountered several issues, including a malfunctioning grinder and sporadic power failures, rendering the machine unreliable and unfit for use. After going through the inconvenience of arranging for the return and replacement process, I was appalled to find that the replacement unit arrived with a smashed screen, clearly due to mishandling during transit by the courier service.

The level of inconvenience and frustration caused by this ordeal cannot be overstated. Not only have I wasted valuable time waiting for deliveries and coordinating returns.

Receiving generic, default messages in response to my complaints adds insult and fails to address the severity of the situation. It is disheartening and frankly unacceptable to be met with such indifference when seeking resolution to legitimate issues.I urge you to expedite the refund process without any further delay. I would consider a third replacement and re
-review if a bigger discount & good condition machine is offered to compensate numerous setbacks and inconveniences I have endured warrant immediate resolution. I expect a prompt response and action to rectify this matter, accompanied by genuine and a commitment to customer satisfaction.

Needed to return my item, called their Customer Service team who advised me on the process on how to do this. Instructions were straight forward, and the team were friendly to speak too. I packaged and sent off the item and received my replacement a few days after doing so. Have confidence in using this company again and will be buying more items from them. Thank you for being helpful.

Bought a phone on Ebay. When I realised it was too scratched for my liking I sent it back requesting a refund. Idoo proceeded to claim that I had sent back a different phone! They said the IMEI numebrs didn't match up and used that as evidence. I sent back the exact same phone and was shocked that they were accusing me otherwise. I also dont understand the benefit to me sending back the same phone model and colour equally scratched up with a different IMEI...These people don't use their brains and won't accept they might be in the wrong.

Purchased my wife a new phone for her birthday, arrived in great time and we are both very pleased with the condition.

Purchased white co Cherwell Mable table lamp,when delivered the shade was damaged, when I read the description of the lamps it said ,all shades damaged or marked,they should tell you that when you purchase
They were sold as new, now I have got the job of going to parcel force to return it,or buy a new shade

Poor experience. Bought a refurbished machine which developed a fault after a few months. Unfortunately the company will only offer a refund not a replacement, despite having the same item in stock in a different colour. The only difference is they are now selling it for a higher price. Will avoid in the future.

Do not trust eBay reviews.
Warranty for the devices bought here will not be honoured.

This seller didn't allow me to return the device at my own cost and liability. They insisted to collect it instead.
The phone vanished and communication stopped.

This is just damage limitations here.
They will be able to see all of our messaging.

In my view idoodirect should be thoroughly recommended. And I am now looking at buying one of their iPhones 14 as they have a deal on

Ordered a Sage coffee machine from Ebay user Idoodirect, developed a steam wand issue sent back for repair clean and wrapped. Item came back filthy damaged and after reporting and sending pictures was told basically its my fault and my problem..

CON ARTISTS! customer service is none existing end up talking to 5 different people asking same generic questions. Then it's your fault...

AVOID AT ALL COSTS OR WILL COST YOU IN THE END!

Reply.. I put a review up and got a reply again saying they looked through communications between us. Nowhere was the damage mentioned before being returned which is what I'm mostly concerned about.
The machine has been cleaned again (water stains and gunk) and only have the pictures I sent you already but as all the cleaning cycle warnings have been popping up (if they descaled it already) why am I being prompted to do it again less than 24hrs after switching on to see if working? The milk wand is hardly producing any foam or heat still...
I'm not sure its even the machine i sent! I'm not happy at all and feel gutted I even sent it back to you..
