Excellent service from Ekrem. I highly recommend the furniture it is beautiful. All came on time and I will definitely go back.

We ordered the "Palermo Sideboard" and the "Puffy 3 Seater Sofa". Since the size of our room did not allow for two large sofas, one of them had to be a little smaller. Kamil Ekrem Ozkoc immediately sent the big sofa and placed an order for a special small sofa. After 3 months, the factory made a mistake and sent another large sofa instead of the small one. We were aggrieved by the delay in delivery, but Mr. Ekrem took special care of the issue. The order was passed again. We waited 3 more months. The factory sent a "Palermo Nesting Table" to compensate for the loss. The process took a long time, but it turned out the way we wanted. I would like to thank Kamil Ekrem Ozkoc for his sensitivity to customer satisfaction.

I experienced significant delays and quality issues with my sofa order from Kirim. Initially promised a 4-month delivery but it was delayed almost 6 months. Upon arrival, the sofa was tearing at the bottom, which took additional few months to rectify. Even then, a missing sofa leg was discovered, requiring numerous follow-ups to resolve. At the end, the result of changing the bottom of the sofa caused the material to loosen, and although I asked Kirim to tighten it, he never addressed the issue. Also, despise requesting proper chair heights for my island, they were too tall, despite assurances from the owner to adjust them. Overall, the experience fell short of expectations due to multiple delays and unresolved issues.

For the first time I bought a sofa online, and I'm glad I did. It was a great convenience. The couch is as high quality as it looks in the picture, and it arrived much more stylish than I expected.
