We are writing this feedback laying down on this most comfortable sofa bed we bought for our guest room. We accidentally vidited this store that opened below our previous flat and fell in love with it. Our friend bought a gorgeous sofa bed from here and she was very happy with the service and the quality of the product so we decided to get most of our new furnitures for our new home. Labranda sofa beds equally comfortable and gorgeous. We bought dining tables and chairs and the bed. All excellent quality, high end products for reasonable price. Kamil is very professional who delivers service at the highest level we have ever received. We are very grateful for the warmth and patience with the purchase process, delivery and was there for us even after transaction was complete for example he made a video and sent us when we forgot how to open the sofa bed and many more. He dealt with any queries promptly. We are definitely coming back and we highly recommend this store.

After searching a lot for my home furniture I came across Ider furniture through insta tried my luck again and went to the store. I found exactly what I wanted ! Great designs and quality. You can make alterations to materials and colours according to your choice and theme of your rooms which provided us great flexibility. Last but not the least store Manager Ekram is a great guy, he helped us so much and provided excellent service from the moment we stepped into that shop until the furniture got delivered to our house.Highly recommend!

I was happy with the level of service and being informative at all times.
However when the furniture arrived it was damaged. I am told that they will looking into it and will replace it.
I received a confirmation that the parts has already been ordered and it is on its way.
