Stylish & excellent quality
Often buying things online is disappointing- the items look gorgeous but when they arrive they look cheap and shoddy - more often than not, they end up being taken to the charity shop. Buying from icowhide is the exact opposite- the items are of fantastic quality, professionally wrapped in tissue and boxed. I purchased a suede handbag, laptop shape with shoulder strap - gorgeous colours. I bought 2 more for friends who envied it - excellent quality & service

The hide came with many imperfections…
The hide came with many imperfections and also a green substance that I can only describe as mould . I contacted straight away to which they replied straightaway saying I could have a small discount if I kept the item . The holes and green fur were on display so wasn’t usable . Contacted them , they replied saying they had sent a returns to my email . Nothing in my mail box or spam folder , I had recieved confirmation to my email but no returns label . After contacting them a third time I was told they had sent returns label multiple times , but they would attach it to that email . Lo and behold I got a returns label to my email the same day with a returns label … and also one attached to the email that was telling me I had been sent it multiple times ..

Dear Helen, imperfections, marks and repairs are normal in cowhide rugs, if they are natural. I'm sorry you were not expecting this. As for the return label, we had sent it multiple times to your AOL email, but they seem to have been caught in your spam folder. We eventually attached the PDF in your reply and that seemed to be working. Because the return has been processed and you have been fully refunded.
