Fake, Lies, Dishonest company
People don’t shop here at all there disgusting people if ur packaging doesn’t get delivered they will not give no type of refund or send u another product out they will blame it on the postage people. They claim to be a great company when it comes to replacing anything that has not got delivered to you well that’s a lie, they won’t do any of that.

As we’ve previously explained, this is not a simple case of a lost package—according to the USPS tracking information, the order was marked as delivered. We fully understand that you’re claiming it was not received, but when a package is scanned as delivered, it limits the actions we can take without further investigation.
We did offer to file a claim with USPS on your behalf, but you chose not to proceed at the time. That option is still open—if you’d prefer for us to move forward with the claim, we’re more than willing to assist. Please let us know how you’d like to proceed.

I have ordered the same Hookah flavor from other companies, only for them to have absolutely no flavor. The one I ordered from Icon has good flavor and was cheaper than the other companies! I’m very pleased!

Great hookah! Need Tutorial Videos
The product itself is great! Especially for the price I paid. However, as a first time owner of a hookah I wish there was a tutorial on how to put it together. All the videos I found online were for the more advanced hookah’s.

Knowingly Sent Wrong Product
Ordered shisha that showed as in-stock on the website, but was knowingly sent the wrong kind. I wouldn't have minded it if they simply cancelled the ordered or had contacted me before switching the product, but they chose to inconvenience me with having to return the product. The only reason I don't give them 1 star is that they were at least nice about it and didn't try to charge me for a restocking fee.

A Better System
I am glad my stuff arrived however there was no notification on when it would have been sent out nor any proccessing receipts to indicate a purchase was made even though I submitted an email. I think it should alert people with a purchase receipt and notify when items are arriving in the future.
