Make sure you get insurance
I will never order from them again. USPS lost my package, they said it was destroyed in a fire. I had to call USPS myself numerous times and request the same documentation they sent icon so that icon could stop lying to me saying that my package was still being delivered 3 weeks later. I’m happy that I always include the insurance on my packages because the customer service at this place is horrible. They barely wanted to give me my money back so I can’t imagine what would have happened if my package was uninsured. I’ve ordered often from them in the past but this situation made them lose a faithful customer due to the lack of their Customer Service.

Ne surtout pas se faire livrer en France
Le site semble sérieux, commande envoyée rapidement et bien suivie.
Malheureusement, si vous commandez depuis la France, sachez que les colis contenant du tabac à chicha sont systématiquement bloqués par les douanes.
Résultat : vous perdez l'argent, car le vendeur ne rembourse que si le colis lui est retourné, ce qui n’est pas possible en cas de saisie.
Dommage, car les produits sont rares et intéressants, mais inaccessibles depuis la France.
Je mets 3/5 pour prévenir les clients français, même si le service du site n’est pas en cause directement.

As stated in our shipping policy, we can only offer refunds if the package is returned to us, which is not possible in the event of a seizure. We completely understand how frustrating that can be and genuinely wish there were a way around it.
