If I could rate this company minus five stars I would .
I stupidly bought a LED photon microcurrent V-Shape Therapy Face Slimming Massager. I have TMJ and thought this would help. After using it a couple of times a week for two months it has broken . It has broken in half and I can now see the wires inside. I wrote to customer services who replied it’s gone past 30 days warranty so there is nothing they will do. I paid £44.95 for something that has broken. Please if you are reading this do not buy from this fake company with cheap products.

I ordered the shapewear from them . BIG MISTAKE . They sent a wrong item and asked me to PAY FOR SENDING IT BACK TO CHINA ! to get a full refund . Outrageous! Do not fool yourself- DO NOT BUY FROM THEM EVER!

I ordered a product from here in February and am still waiting for it to arrive. sent numerous emails which promised me that my item was in transit. Asked for a fund and getting nowhere. Frustrated but i will continue to pursue this

Ordered 2 different size body suits they took a while to arrive which had me suspicious of where they came from. I wanted to return the size that doesnt fit, it took probably 4 days and 10 emails to finally get a return address to CHINA ! the website is a .co.uk and the address on the website is a london address, but when you put in the number name and postcode comes up as Harlesden not Launchese which is on the address on the website. They offered me 50% refund on an item i wanted to return just to keep it. they offer 14 days to return from arrival and the bad communication chips away at those 14 days thats how they get you .

I orderd an product from here over 3 weeks ago now and still has not arrived I have emailed and no response at all

I ordered some tattoo removal cream on 16th March and I’m still waiting on it to be delivered. I’ve contacted them several times and keep being told it’s been dispatched. I do not believe it’s been dispatched and nor will it be dispatched.
They state there business address as London but they’re clearly trading in China and just take peoples money without actually providing the goods.
Contacted PayPal to get my money back but they keep pushing the resolution date back. Really hoping I get my money back. It wasn’t expensive but more the principal now that a company is constantly doing this to people

Oh dear. I started to get concerned when I received no order confirmation by email. I waited the maximum 24 hours and Whatsapped them - no reply. Then I checked on here... China shipping for a birthday next week?

I've now emailed to cancel the order - assuming that since they've neither confirmed nor shipped that will be OK. Also contacted my bank to try and block any attempted payment request. Ordered a replacement gift from Amazon. Cross my fingers now.

Postscript: As expected I got an email today saying they couldn't cancel as they had fulfilled and shipped. 14-21 days. They have a 14 day return policy but it's not clear if that only covers defective products. You can return to a London address (at your own expense) but they deduct return shipping from any refund (i.e. the cost to ship the item back to China!). I could end up owing them money! Well, who knows, the product may arrive eventually - maybe it will even work! Looks like I'm stuck with it anyway.

Postscript: the product arrived in time for the birthday! I can’t complain about the shipping times and I can only assume it didn’t ship from China.

Given that I have to revise upwards significantly. My apologies I guess!

Please please don’t buy from this company and waste your money.
I ordered skin tag and Wart remover as I have a very small one on my face and getting married next year so wanted it gone.
First the item took ages to arrive when it did the box was swashed and some of the liquid contents was in the lid of the product there was no instructions on how to use the liquid.
I had to email icicometic twice asking for the instructions and when I used the product it has made no difference at all.
Icicosmetic claimed in five days my wart would be gone seven days later I still have the wart on the side of my face.
This company should be closed down,

If I could mark this company as minus 5 I would as it operates illegally. I purchased a pair of thermal leggings in size 3XL because a review I read said the sizes arrive small. I did not realise how small, but to be safe I ordered 3 sizes larger than I normally would and they arrive in size 'small' for a 10 year old child. I am normally size 18/20

I requested a refund and was offered 30% discount (as if any discount was of any worth when I could not wear the leggings), then it was 40% discount and eventually a refund was promised and an address in China provided. I asked if I could be provided with a return address in the UK and received one a couple days later.

I wanted to be assured that I would receive the return postage refunded and was assured I would receive a full refund, but only received the purchase price. As the return postage via recorded delivery cost £5.55 I am determined to get a refund.

It is obvious that this company operates in this way with all its customers and they should be shut down. In fact I shall not buy anything directly from a Chinese company again and would recommend that anyone reading this does the same. Buy via a company that will operate legally under British Consumer law and thereby be assured you will receive a full refund, including return postage, should you need to return your purchase due to incorrect items being received.

Product bought and initially it was bad quality however customer service team got back to me after leaving a review and have given me a replacement which is working much better.

All the stuff is in China . Long delivery process. Not worth

Ordered acrylic nails set 10 days ago exactly. Haven’t been updated ever since I was told that it had been shipped. Emailed them, they haven’t responded. Won’t be ordering again.

Very Bad Customer Service
Ordered a hair dryer 20 days ago. Received it after 20 days with NO Return Form attached, No Tracking No. On the package & no forwarding address for Return. It seems if I return it I shall probably not get a refund & will loose the article as well. A fake company with cheap Chinese products. Please do not be made a fool of as I was one to order from them.

Do NOT order from this website,totally wish I’d read the reviews to start.absolutely terrible to purchase off.sent me the wrong item and then I still had to pay the return costs even tho I ordered a small and got sent a medium .totally their fault and they mmm they try and get you to keep the item.if I needed a small what makes u think a larger size would fit.would never order from here and highly recommend not to do the same because you will end up out of pocket.Iv already been thru customer services and that was your reply you don’t cover return costs !!!! Which I totally understand if I didn’t want the item and it was correct to begin with can’t reply to your message

Ordered a cholesterol test kit 2 weeks ago "express" delivery. On the website it stated the company was based in London. The tracking shows the package is in Hong Kong. Reviews on the site give it 5 star reviews. I have since noticed that the products are fake and come from China! Have tried to contact to no avail! I shall be filing a complaint via PayPal as fortunately that was method of payment. How is this company allowed to trade? Misleading advertising and fake tracking.

I revd a different item to what was ordered, no instructions on how to use or list of ingredients (worrying as it is a skin product).They DO NOT respond to emails, or unhelpful reply from 'Jeannie'. Returned item to London address as shown on their Website, and they are refusing rebate. Am reporting this company to Citizens Advice/Trading Standards. SCAM COMPANY, FAKE PRODUCTS, POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. Would NOT have ordered if i had known item was from China!!! Wish i had read reviews first, would NEVER have ordered from such a company, who must just have TWO staff...'.Ben' & 'Jeannie'. A company that has over 80% bad reports should be banned from websites and trading FOR EVER, especially FAKE companies like this one.

May 10th, recvd email from Ben stating refund will be made. Am pleased to get refund but things should not have got so complicated and dragged on for over 3 months. I have worked in customer services for over 30 years and would/could have sorted out such a complaint within MINUTES NOT MONTHS!!! Disgraceful way to treat a customer and atrocious customer service

WHAT A DISGRACE!!!! Looked forward to receiving my exercise belt costing £39.99. Arrived today. The only way to get any buzzing at all from the belt is to plug in the charger. When unplugged, NOTHING happens!!! Just an absolute CON!!! Not one piece of paperwork and no instructions. This is the second thing I've inadvertently bought from China since Xmas which is an absolute piece of junk. I will ALWAYS check companies out on this website. Susan

I have a really bad feeling about placing an order with company! I wish I had read the reviews here first!
I ordered a blackout sleep mask on her for £19.99 after reading reviews with I now realise appear to be false. I did not realise this was being shipped from China and I am finding it impossible to track it as it written in Chinese! I contacted them and told them I wanted to request a cancellation. I was sent the cancellation policy and told by Jeannie I can’t cancel because the item is shipped! I have no idea when I am going to receive my order or whether it is going to be absolutely rubbish when I do! I really needed this mask and thought I was ordering from a genuine UK website and now I am scared that my details and card could be in danger also. I paid through PayPal so luckily my payment is protected but I want to warn others not to buy from here!
