I ordered some arthritis gloves for a family member for Christmas. Was meant to be quick shipping but they still haven’t arrived a month later. Keep emailing them and they keep assuring me they’re still in transit but unless they’re strapped to the back of a tortoise I don’t understand what’s taking so long. Keep requesting a refund to which they respond I need to wait longer and now have said they’ll resend the gloves, which I no longer want as Christmas is over and I got a different gift. Will update my review if I ever get a refund but I suggest you avoid this company as it’s clearly dodgy.

I purchased two hydrogen bottles before Christmas and they arrived ok. Neither bottles work and there are parts missing. They fill up with water and it drips out of the charging port on both units. They are literally rubbish.

I contacted ici cosmetics to request a refund and a Jeannie did reply on Monday asking for more information which I sent back to her. Since then I have had no contact from her despite three more emails chasing for a reply.
I can see I made a big mistake purchasing from this company after reading the exceptionally bad reviews.
I hope this review gets a response as next call is Trading Standards and Citizens Advise. Over £200 waisted. DO NOT USE.

Order Number 427656 for a Potable LED Makeup mirror. Ordered Nov 28th ....to this day nothing has arrived!!! Have contacted them for a refund on numerous occasions but they are not even responding to emails. It is now 36 days since the order was placed for my daughters birthday in December . I should have read the reviews before placing the order . Now I have to start the procedure with my Bank and Trading Standards to get my money back. This is the worst service I have ever experienced and I can only advise people to avoid them at all costs!!!!

During August 2023 I bought a red, heated gilet from icicosmetic. Sent from China it arrived stuffed in a plastic bag with no instructions. I had difficulty finding out how to operate the heating system, but eventually did. It lasted 4 months before the heating system stopped working. I wrote to the business, told them that the gilet had become useless after only 4 months, and asked if they could either tell me what to try to do or, if it couldn't be repaired, what warranty they provided. I was asked to send photos of the gilet, after receipt of which I would be given specified options. I sent the pictures and was told, almost immediately, that it was out of the 1 month warranty period so there would be no compensation. I appealed, said that I assumed they wouldn't want to be associated with supplying shoddy goods and asked for the matter to be referred to senior personnel. I received no reply.
I will never buy anything from icicosmetic again.

Ordered hair dryer for a present supposed to beautifully packaged with accessories paid £60 delivery within a week
Received a travel hairdryer in bubble wrap 1mth later
Took numerous emails to recieve a refund I do believe if I hadn't been instant they wouldn't of refunded me
Had to pay return even though they sent me completely wrong product
Will never order a again and only gave 1 star cos I had to really would give a minus

Buyer beware!
This company are scammers. I ordered some tweezer scissors from them that online looked very well made and sturdy. They cost £24.95.
On arrival, they looked like something you get out of a cracker and not fit for purpose.
If they are refusing to refund your monies and you have paid with your credit card, you are able to get a full refund back.
Do not let companies like this get away with such dishonest and appalling behaviour!

I ordered two usb heated jackets from Icicosmetic on 31st August. Email after email promising it was on its way one jacket turned up, way too small despite its label saying xl and wrong colour. They said they'd send two out xxl. I asked for a refund. Two months later they still have not refunded me and no sight of jackets. They have stopped responding to emails. I thought I was ordering from a London based company. Total disgrace and scam company.

Crap company will never order from ever again , said issued a refund on the 2nd may still nothing recieved contacted again to tell them still say refunded , take your money and you don’t receive item or refund .. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Ordered something but they had to cancel order because it was out of stock. I'm still waiting for a refund a month later. Not acceptable..

UPDATE: I emailed them on 1st June, they replied saying refund will be made. Now 11th June and still no refund. This should have been refunded on 6th May and I'm still waiting. Unacceptable customer experience. AVOID AVOID AVOID

I ordered a icicosmetic water generator bottle for £119. from this company which is based in London When I finally received and opened it there were no instructions in English, only in Chinese which has basically made it impossible to use. There was no mention of of there being no instructions in English on their sales page. There was also some water in the bottom of the bottle which makes me think it was a customer returned item. I contacted them by email a dozen times within 36 hours without a reply. These people in my opinion are in breach of the trades description act and have an appalling non existent customer service. If I don't hear from them by tomorrow I will be contacting trading standards. I would advise anyone thinking of making a purchase from these people to think very carefully before parting with their money. I will most certainly not be buying from them ever again. The writing on the box in Chinese, the instructions are in Chinese and the characters on my watch are in Chinese. Guess what - I don't understand Chinese and there is no QR code or anything like that where I can get the English instructions from. I can't work out how to use this product and it is utter useless.

I bought this from a UK domain and, naively, thought it was in the UK. How wrong I was. The product was shipped from China - not London as I was led to believe.

I have been well and truly ripped off/scammed and the seller REFUSES to answer any of my emails and since the product has been delivered Paypal protection won't do anything either. Never, never, never buy from this Company!

This is not even worth one star.

I tried tracking my order 6 days after ordering & when I checked it said my order had been delivered. No parcel in sight nor any notification via email or correspondence through letterbox saying parcel had been left in safe place etc. I emailed the company, initially a couple of emails bounced back saying could not deliver email but with perseverance it sent & they got straight back in touch with me. Also worth noting this was late on in evening. By the following morning I had a further email with proof of delivery of where my parcel had been left. Quiet friars a little communication would have let me know that. Just happy parcel has turned up & no longer feeling a sense of being scammed. Item is as I’ve ordered & in quick time frame coming from China which I wasn’t aware of when placing my order.

I was told my purchase would be delivered in 4 days. Which is why I ordered from this company. It had a London address so I believed them.... but sadly it was a lie. My item was sent from China. There was no way to track the package. Every email I sent was replied with an automated email from 'Jeanie'
My item was delivered after 3 week wait. I will give an update on 4hw product after a weeks test time.

1 STAR IS GENEROUS!!!!! Complete scam, I wish I had seen these reviews before purchasing anything from this company. I bought the 5 in 1 styler for my sister for Christmas, when it arrived I check it over to make sure all was ok before wrapping it for Christmas. THANK GOD I DID! It was nothing like the website, very cheap quality and the fixture do not fit correctly and wobble when you move it. I contact customer services well with in the time frame advising them of the issue and asked for a returns label so I could get a refund. First they asked for photo & video evidence to support my claim and on doing so I would have "two options: we will send you a new product or give you a 100% refund" (fair enough) so I replied with the attached images/ videos as requested. Several days later they then replied saying the claim had been raised too late so I could not return and attached returns policy for the WRONG WEBSITE, bare in mind the email I was in contact with was info@icicosmetic... The returns policy for the other website (which presumably is also run by them) is called 'blacknorway.com', who's returns period was 14 days, as opposed to ici Cosmetics site which says 28 days! Giving the benefit of the doubt that there had been confusion I replied advising the correct site, to which 'Jeannie' replied with just "You may check our refund policy here" and again attaching the WRONG SITE. I went back once again stating that this is not the correct site, I had purchased from ICI Cosmetics not black Norway, I attached my order details AND a screenshot of the returns policy ON THE ICI COSMETICS SITE... And have since had no response. I have chased up multiple times now with no reply what so ever, it is now the middle of Feb and I have still not got a refund. Both websites icicosmetics.com AND blacknorway.com are a complete SCAM, DO NOT BUY FROM THEM, Over £100 I will not be getting back. Fuming.

Ordered 2 sets of magnetic eyelashes. I was sent the wrong item, I was told to send back for a full refund of the items and the postage after various emails were exchanged. Nearly 4 weeks on and I am nowhere nearer to my refund and just keep getting told it will be refund will be in my bank soon.
Now having the hassle of claiming through PayPal. All this company wants to do is steal your money. Do not touch this company they will just rip you off.

Update: after me paying £22 for the postage of the incorrect items to be returned to China I did get my refund eventually(still not the postage tho) only for the items to be returned to me 4 months later as no-one had bothered to collect at that end. So what was the point of me paying the postage? I am so mad with this fake company 😤

I gave a review about this company concerning some items I bought from icicosmetic , Ben emailed me apologise and refunded me for the items and the postage because I have to send them to China .

Ordered item but sizing was nothing like I expected. Sent email and asked for exchange item in larger size. As it was underwear, was told to keep original item and larger size would be posted at no extra cost. Explained I needed it for a wedding and gave plenty of notice. It didn't arriver until 2 weeks after wedding. Cant be bothered to apply for refund as it seems like one one person works there called Jeannie and it takes forever to get a reply. Won't ever use them again as they charge stupld money for return. Item comes from China but return address is England. How does that work?

I use the internet for almost all my shopping and have done for many years. I've never had such a terrible experience with any company as I've had with this one. I tried to cancel my order within a few hours of placing it and they said it was too late to cancel as it had already been shipped. I thought that was a bit strange but they said not to worry as I could return it. Their website terms and conditions give a London return address. Do Not Believe This. They insisted I return the shoddy goods at my own cost to China in order for me to get my refund. I cannot say this strongly enough - Do Not Buy From Them.

Don't buy from them. Ordered 1 month ago and despite repeated chasers, nothing has arrived. The tracking order didn't work. Customer services tells you to wait and that everything is in hand.

Very disappointed the product its a cheap copy of the original shame my money was not also fake, i do not recommend!!
