After I had expressed dissatisfaction with this company over the purchase of a hair styler for my daughter, I have now had a full refund and feel this company have dealt with the matter in a fair way.

Think I have been scammed, ordered a hot styler but item has not been shipped, no tracking and when I email ‘Jennie’ she just replies to be patient and that they have missed off tracking number.
I have asked for a refund as the item clearly hasn’t been sent. Really unsure on what to do as I’m not out of pocket £90. I will never use this website again or let anyone I know purchase from here!

This item arrived very late, so much so that I thought it would not arrive at all, and asked for a refund. I did eventually get the refund, only then to receive the item which arrived in good condition. They have allowed me to keep the item, and I feel that this was a kind gesture,
and as a company they have dealt with this issue in a decent and fair manner.

I did. People need to use their Consumer Protection Rights Within a set number of time, ie 14 days or 3 months.

Just because stuff is being shipped from.China exclusion of UK rights should not occur!

What everyone writes about this company is so true I have asked for refund over and over again and yes Jeannie e mails me with same excuse every time do not buy from them I am still awaiting what I paid for in January

Ordered a facial brush and got a plaque remover instead.!! Was emailed by someone called Jeannie at 2.44am(!). Asking me to send a photo of all packaging. I have contacted my bank to safeguard my account.

I ordered a facial brush and they sent a tooth pick . Absolute scammers , none of the telephone numbers work . One is a fax testing line. No response to email or message sent . Absolutely despicable people need warning against this company

Product shipped from China if I’d had known I would have brought alternate product, not the greatest of quality.

Counterfeit goods that I would not trust to comply with EU standards. They insist on a return to China, even though the company has London address. They stopped communicating once I refused to send it to China.

Bought item ( neck massager) for Christmas came late as no mention of coming from China.
Item was defective no movement following charging as per instructions and on attempt to us it gave a shock to my neck so DANGEROUS PRODUCT
I have attempted to return with above reasons however all they wanted was to give me 20% refund and keep item which is obviously ridiculous and declined.
I have returned tracked costing me £9 which I won’t see again and still awaiting refund

Ordered a bag as a Christmas present for a friend. It came in the wrong colour not the wine red I requested. And took 6 weeks to arrive, however the customer service team was very helpful and issued me a full refund.

Only leaving a one star review because 0 stars isn't an option. Arrived past Christmas (despite promising express delivery) and was hugely disappointing - cheap, nasty make-up from China and definitely not the 'full professional make-up kit' I was expecting.

Nowhere on the website does it suggest item comes from China. If I had known I would not have ordered. Equally, were it a UK company I would report to trading standards for false advertising but as it is I have to suck up £5 in postage costs to return and in the hopes of getting a refund.

The positive reviews are obviously not written by a British person, I would suggest they're written by the company themselves.

Avoid at all costs. This is cheap and nasty makeup from China.

Faulty product. Priced highly yet quite visibly cheap when arrived. Doesn’t even turn on! When asking for a refund they tried all they could to avoid it. After offering to send a replacement which I declined as the product was not at all what I thought, they then offered me 20% refund and to keep the broken product? Why would I want to keep a broken product with only 20% of my money back?!
Dodgy site, selling awful cheap products at an extremely high price. Do not buy anything from them.

I like this company because they are responsible, I deal with them many times if I do not a product or something they make me a replacement or a refund, icicosmetic recommended.

Complete CON - NO MENTION to Chinese links & origin on UK website. CANNOT USE the items as they arrived with only chinese worded paper manuals - so NO CONFIDENCE if they are safe to use!! Also they took well over 2 weeks to arrive with icicosmetics refusing to answer our many emails. NOT a trustfull supplier in our view and do not meet UK Trading Standards requirements.
Addition 15Feb2021: Your attempt (in Feb) to offer help is far too late as it was needed in November when we ordered. It just shows you do not care about Customer Service.
