My experience with this company has been extremely disappointing.

The website states that you can cancel. However, when I contacted customer service to discuss cancellation, I was told that I could not simply cancel and would instead be required to pay additional charges.

The company is seeking to recover subscription discounts and shipping costs, resulting in an extra charge of $42. When I requested a copy of the terms and conditions that supposedly allow these charges, they were unable to provide them. Instead, they repeatedly sent a screenshot of the product page stating there is a two-month minimum commitment period.

A screenshot stating there is a minimum term is not the same as providing the actual terms and conditions that explain what happens if you cancel early, what fees apply, or whether discounts and shipping can be clawed back.

As a consumer, I would expect a business to be able to clearly produce the terms it is relying on when demanding additional payment. To date, I have not been provided with those terms.

The lack of transparency and the difficulty obtaining clear information has left me with little confidence in this company. I would not recommend signing up for a subscription without first obtaining and saving a copy of all applicable terms and conditions.

I thought I would try this product after seeing many of their paid ambassadors promoting it. I should have known that this was probably an inferior product once I realised that they had to pay celebrity ambassadors to represent their product. The customer service is terrible, with zero care for their clientele. I would strongly suggest that you do not purchase this product, and further investigation will see many complaints online regarding this product. What a complete waste of $450.

I believed I was purchasing a single product, however I was charged approximately $498.99 for what the company later described as a 12-week programme.

Within a few days of the order (15 January 2026) I contacted the company requesting a return label and refund. The request was declined on the basis that they do not accept returns of ingestible products.

The website refers to a return policy, but in my experience this did not apply to the product supplied. When a further shipment was sent as part of the programme, I refused delivery and the parcel was returned to sender.

The matter is currently under review with my bank and NSW Fair Trading.

I recommend that consumers read the checkout details and refund conditions very carefully before purchasing so they understand exactly what they are agreeing to.
