I wouldn’t even give 1 star but that’s the only option. This company is the worst, no way to contact them. Knowone responds to the email for customer support, so they do not honor the 1 year warranty. Worst company

Good price, quick delivery.

I purchased a 3 pack of water filters in January of 2025, water flow through the filters became very slow after 6 weeks, replaced with the second filter, same results. After contacting customer service and running through some checks, the company offered to refund my money for the three filters, and apologized for the inconvenience.

Customer service was very helpful and quick to respond to my issue. Unfortunately our issue could not be resolved as they do not want us taking apart the machines however they made it right and gave me a credit to purchase a new water machine! Couldn’t be happier with this company and their support service!! Would definitely recommend this product based on the product itself and customer service if you would ever need them! Much appreciated!!

Customer service provided an excellent service. They assisted me with the installation of a new filter. They were very patient with me and guided me through the process of a refund once we confirmed the filter was not compatible with my refrigerator. They responded immediately to my inquiry and process the refund right away. Thank you for the excellent service.

The filters did not fit and the tool to reset the refrigerator water filter receptacle does not work.
I changed my stars because they actually contacted me after the review to make it right. They gave me a full refund. From what I can tell in line this tool might work on some models but not mine.

In short they stood behind their product. I will buy from them in the future.

Product did not work at all! I have contacted them and asked for a refund! Having trouble getting them to refund for the product that did not work! Have gone round with them and am down with it! I expect my refund immediately or will take further action! This is ridiculous! I DO NOt recommend buying anything from this company!!

The filters ordered did not arrive. Instead another incorrect filter pack of four was received. I have emailed you several times for information on returning the incorrect filters and how to receive my refund of same. I received my credit card statement and plan to contact them today to dispute the charge.

I ordered 3 different kind of filters and one came quickly , but I had to threaten PayPal to get involved for this company to finally deliver the other 2 filters after 2 1/2 weeks. I bought off their website.

Service was prompt from IcePure and Aurora had helpful tips to try to correct the issue I had with my filters. In the end the filters did not work to what I was expecting and was offered a fell refund

I’m really impressed with ICEPURE! The ice machine works beautifully—fast, quiet, and produces great quality ice. I did have a minor concern when it arrived, but Aurora, in their customer service, was quick, professional, and genuinely helpful. You can tell they stand behind their products. Highly recommend ICEPURE for anyone looking for reliable and efficient appliances!

I have well water and it looks very rusty, so I use two, 1-micron filters. I change the first one in line every two weeks, and I change the second one in line when it looks saturated with that rust color as the first one does. Naturally, the first filter catches the most, so it takes longer for the second filter to get dirty. That's the best I can do with what I have to deal with.

Good product and a great price. Had a problem with one of the filters in the 3 pack, but Iris in C.S. corrected it, with a refund for one filter. ThankYou

I had an issue finding the correct filter for my fridge.
Customer service went above and beyond in directing me toward the correct filter.
The purchase was easy and arrived within a reasonable time frame.
The cost is great for the quality.
We've noticed the difference in the quality of our water after having used this filter.

We have a water cooler with an ice maker. It stopped working. We emailed Icepure and Aurora responded fast. She did trouble shoot with us and it was not fixable. Aurora took care of us....sent a new machine!!!!! Best customer service ever!!!!! We LOVE this machine and we were sick it stop working. I would recommend this machine to everyone and Icepure takes care of there customers. Thanks Aurora and Icepure....we are customers for ever!!!!!
