Knowledgeable and helpful
We have used IACS for a couple of HVAC projects but recently we did our most complicated with them and the experience was very good. They took a lot of time to get our panel design correct before build and once we had it on site the support provided to get it set up and running has been very good. I would highly recommend for ventilation control panels.

Hi Chris,
We're sorry to hear about the experience you had with this particular order.
I would like to clarify that as soon as we were made aware of the delay we refunded you the express carriage charge. The mistake was unfortunately made by our supplier as this order was being dispatched from their HQ in Switzerland directly to you so we didn't have much control over the delivery.
We have chased them a few times today but it is a bank holiday in Switzerland so the information we have is very limited.
Best regards,
