Thank you for your feedback. We're sorry to hear about your frustration, but we would like to clarify a few important points regarding your order.
The product you purchased is a Siemens item, which, as clearly stated on our website, has a standard lead time of 5–7 working days when not on our shelves. This was the case for your order, and the item was shipped directly from Siemens' warehouse in Germany to your address. It was delivered to you on the 7th working day, within the expected timeframe.
At no point do we advertise a 3–5 day delivery window for Siemens products. If we have it on our shelf delivery is 1-2 days later. We always aim to be transparent about lead times and do our best to provide updates throughout the process.
We appreciate your understanding and are here if you have any further concerns.
