Vi ramte forkert på en knap under bestillingen. Vi opdagede det bagefter, og kontaktede straks Hyrox.
Men i stedet for at ændre én indstilling i deres system, får vi at vide, at vores billetter ikke kan bruges.
Over 2000 kr tabt. Foruden det hotel vi havde booket til turen.
Hyrox var kolde. "Det er ærgerligt, men billetterne som I har købt og betalt for, kan ikke bruges".
Null Kulanz bei Sonderfällen

Im Dezember erhielt ich einen Startplatz für Februar 2026(Wien) im Mixed Team als Geburtstagsgeschenk von meinem Partner, die Freude war riesig. Kurz darauf bekam ich unerwartet einen OP Termin für Jänner 2026 somit ist es mir nicht möglich zu starten, ein Freund würde statt mir gerne starten- geht aber leider nicht, da ja Mixed Team gebucht ist. Kulanz gibt es aufgrund fehlendem Add On Flex keine. Somit viel Geld für Nichts verloren und keine Chance etwas daran zu ändern. Ganz mieser Service und Null Empathie seitens Hyrox.
Auch schließe ich jetzt aus, in Zukunft irgendwann zu starten.
Hyrox clothing return process issues
I purchased Hyrox clothing items for my wife. The tights were too thin for her liking so I requested a return. To start, the return request is a challenge. Finally the chat responded and gave me a return link. Let me pause to say that they only reply to the chat once per day.
The return link did not work and after 5 or 6 requests they were finally able to get it to work.
Now I have a return authorization but they want me to pay $30USD to ship a pair of tights. I only paid $9 to receive the tights and a top.
It appears that this is all a scam to keep returns down.

Hyrox Benelux admitted mistake but left me without a solution
I bought a ticket for a Hyrox Benelux event, only to find out later that this ticket type should never have been sold to me or anyone else. I discovered this when I contacted them after getting injured and asked about options. Their response? They admitted the mistake but refuse to offer any solution. No refund, no transfer, no alternative. This means I lose my money and someone on the waiting list misses the chance to compete. I proposed options like deducting the amount from a flex ticket but I got a firm no. If you are considering buying from them, be aware; when they make an error, you bear the cost.
If I could give less than one star
If I could give less than one star, I would. The experience with Hyrox customer service is truly horrific. I am asking for a copy of my invoice as I didn't receive a copy by email or in the box. I have gone back and forth with the customer service for weeks with no helpful response.
Every time they respond with a different reason as to why they can't help me, some that don't even make sense and are just copy and paste answers to avoid having to do the work. I have provided them with all of the information they have asked for in detail and they still are too lazy to do the job they are paid to do.
Do better.

Ich musste meinen HYROX-Startplatz für Frankfurt abgeben und habe erst danach erfahren, dass ohne „Flex-Option“ weder eine Rückerstattung noch eine einfache Umpersonalisierung möglich ist. Besonders absurd: Ich darf mein bereits vollständig bezahltes Ticket nicht einmal privat an eine andere Person übertragen, obwohl das bei fast allen anderen Sportevents Standard ist – und HYROX selbst hat das in der Vergangenheit (z. B. Köln 2024) problemlos zugelassen.
Statt einer individuellen Lösung bekam ich lediglich eine generische Standardantwort, die wie automatisch generiert wirkte. Für ein Event dieser Preisklasse ist dieser Umgang mit zahlenden Teilnehmern kaum nachvollziehbar.
Sehr enttäuschend und definitiv nicht kundenfreundlich.

Mi experiencia con HYROX ha sido muy frustrante. Compré cuatro dorsales como regalo para que mis compañeros vivieran la competición conmigo. A unos meses del evento, esas personas no pueden participar y, pese a estar dispuesta a pagar de nuevo otros cuatro dorsales, perdiendo los originales, la organización no ofrece ninguna solución.
Entiendo la existencia de políticas y seguros adicionales, pero la respuesta ha sido totalmente rígida, impersonal y sin voluntad de ayuda, incluso en un caso donde:
El evento no ha tenido lugar todavía
Las plazas ya pagadas quedarán sin uso
El único objetivo es poder competir, abonando nuevas inscripciones
Se trata de un atleta realmente interesada en formar parte de la comunidad HYROX
El trato recibido ha sido más propio de un sistema automatizado que de una organización deportiva que presume de construir comunidad y acompañar al atleta. Como profesional que ha trabajado en organización de eventos fitness, sé que hay margen para gestionar excepciones puntuales con empatía y criterio.
Esperaba más de una marca que promueve valores como esfuerzo, compañerismo y compromiso. La respuesta que he recibido transmite lo contrario.

Hyrox Ignored Medical Evidence and Kept £250 Entry Fee
I’m genuinely disappointed with how HYROX UK has handled my situation. I’m due to undergo rotator cuff surgery three weeks before my event, leaving me medically unfit to compete.
I provided medical evidence and only requested a simple name change not a refund. HYROX repeatedly sent template policy responses, refusing any flexibility because I didn’t purchase their “Flex Add-On.”
They have now confirmed in writing that if I arrived in a sling and on pain medication, I would be refused entry as “medically unfit” — yet they’re still keeping my £250 doubles entry fee.
This approach shows no compassion, fairness, or duty of care to athletes facing genuine medical circumstances beyond their control.
Disgusting customer service
Disgusting customer service. A refund was made due to having a flexi ticket. The amount was refunded to an old bank account that was closed despite requesting it not be sent there. It has been nearly 2 months and I am getting the same response of we don’t have the money and I need to chase it with my bank. I have chased it and the money has been returned hyrox but they are holding it and not sending it back.
Une option flex-on..
Inscrit pour l'Hyrox Nice en double, une fois le billet dans le panier, impossible de revenir en arrière pour ajouter l'option Flex On permettant le changement de nom en cas de blessure ou autre. Revenir en arriere signifie le retour en file d'attente et donc l'impossibilité d'obtenir un billet. Je valide donc mon panier en me disant que je l'ajouterai ensuite. Impossible, prise de contact avec le service client, l'ajout du flex-on est impossible depuis cette saison.
Que cela soit une option payante (quand le billet avec les frais coute deja plus de 100 euros par personne..) c'est déjà difficilement admissible mais si en prime une fois dans le panier on ne peut pas rajouter l'option si pas sélectionné en premier lieu sans prendre le risque de ne pas avoir billet et qu'ensuite on ne peut pas rajouter cette couverture.. ca devient incompréhensible.
Hyrox donne l'impression de prendre ses clients pour des vaches a lait, on paye et si on ne peut pas participer, les billets seront inutilisables..
Biggest scam company– No Compassion, No Flexibility
I registered for an upcoming HYROX event with great enthusiasm, but unfortunately suffered a serious muscle tear that makes it medically impossible for me to compete. Despite providing an official doctor’s certificate, HYROX refuses to offer any refund, ticket transfer, or even the option to resell my spot — simply because I didn’t purchase their “Flex Add-On” at the time of booking.
This policy is not only unethical, but I believe it also violates consumer rights under EU regulations. Denying any form of reasonable solution, even in a medical emergency, while also preventing ticket transfers or name changes, is unacceptable.
HYROX’s response was cold, dismissive, and copy-pasted. I am formally filing a complaint with the Dutch Authority for Consumers (ACM) through ConsuWijzer, and I encourage others in similar situations to do the same.
This experience has completely changed my view of the HYROX brand. I will not be registering for any future events, and I advise potential participants to think twice before giving their money to an organization that treats injured athletes with such indifference.
Disappointing and inflexible – couldn’t register
I wanted to sign up for the HYROX Race in Frankfurt in December 2025, but apparently, the only payment option is credit card. No alternatives, no flexibility. What’s the point? Not everyone uses or wants to use a credit card. I was ready and excited to join, but HYROX made it impossible. That’s a dealbreaker for me. The event looked promising, but this outdated payment system is a major letdown.

If HYROX ran races the way they run their shop, every athlete would still be waiting at the start line, wondering if their bib is in stock.
This isn’t elite. This isn’t acceptable.
It’s a fitness brand running on fumes and buzzwords while customers sit in inbox purgatory wondering if their gear even exists.
Sort it out.
Because “train hard” doesn’t mean “chase your own delivery.”

Worst sports event I could imagine. Bought my tickets 6 months in advance, wanted to change the names of the participants 4 months in advance, but that is not possible according to the HYROX organization. €200 down the drain, great!

I purchased a HYROX UK Doubles ticket…
I purchased a HYROX UK Doubles ticket for an upcoming event. Due to unavoidable personal circumstances, I am now unable to attend. My partner, however, is fully able and willing to compete. Despite this, HYROX are refusing to allow him entry, citing restrictive ticket terms that prohibit any name changes or substitutions — unless an additional “Flex” fee was paid at the time of purchase.
This policy is, in my view, a direct breach of the Consumer Rights Act 2015, which protects UK consumers from unfair contract terms and ensures services are provided with reasonable care, skill, and flexibility. We have paid for a service — entry to the event — yet HYROX are deliberately denying access to one participant for reasons entirely beyond their control, while retaining our money.
Moreover, HYROX have ignored all attempts to resolve this amicably. Their customer support is non-existent, with emails going unanswered and no clear complaints process available.
These practices are unfair, commercially exploitative, and designed to maximise profits at the expense of customer rights. I would urge anyone considering purchasing HYROX tickets to be aware that without paying extra for their "Flex" option, your tickets are effectively worthless if unforeseen circumstances arise — even if one participant remains eligible to compete.
I will be escalating this to Resolver, Trading Standards, and potentially Small Claims Court, as I believe HYROX’s policies fall foul of UK consumer protection laws.

Money grabbing corporation not a community led sport.
I've done multiple Hyrox's and was planning on doing another later this year. I booked tickets for an event in Italy and after realising that we couldn't make it I emailed and was told we could transfer tickets to another event in Italy during the same season.
When we asked how they said they had changed their minds and there was no possibility of a swap or refund and the tickets are unsellable as they have our names on it.
We have people that would like to compete and use our tickets but they are going to waste because Hyrox want to squeeze more money out of it's community by forcing everyone to buy a 'flex' option to allow them to change the names.
Considering this is a sporting event, it's super common for partners to swap due to injury so the lack of flexibility is staggering. This is also a new rule as we managed to sell tickets last season

Terribly unfriendly and rude
I was entered for hyrox doubles and due to eventuating circumstances I am unable to take part. I am having to undergo several medical procedures and am in poor heath, meaning I cannot partake.
I was originally told I would be refunded for the doubles ticket but then the rep said he would not. When I asked for how we could proceed instead, Stanislaw Lewicki started responding in an extremely rude manner. I am going through a lot of stress at the moment and honestly am quite taken aback by the horrific treatment I have received.
