Good range of vouchers, I was initially disappointed the TUI vouchers I wanted were in low denominations, but I spoke with Linus in the Denmark office, he resolved it and allowed me to raise a £1,000 voucher

In the end, the product arrived perfectly, but I had some problems redeeming the code. The support service worked well and was helpful

There was an issue with redeeming my gift voucher and I was frustrated with details and emails back and forth from TripGift and when I contacted Huuray support team the issue was resolved with a swift and prompt action from the team which was very satisfying to me.

I had a problem finding a specific gift and asked for help through email. I got help In less than 2 days, and got my problem solved! And my valentines day saved.
Ive used the site before too and never really had any problems. So I would recommend the site definitely.

I waited 12 months to use my "new year" :D company gift card on 30-Dec and then I realized that the deadline on my card is set as 13-Dec instead of 31-Dec! Contacting the Huuray support, they granted me an extension on deadline so I can use my card :) Yeyyy!

Easy to get in touch with customer support and helpful, only downside is they don't have too many options for gift cards, but nonetheless, good service!
