I received $3,500 on HuruPay from my bank. After I got the email saying, “Your payment has been submitted!”, I tried to log in, but my account had been closed.

I contacted the support team, but the AI support only says that the money will be refunded and tells me to contact . I’ve emailed that address several times, as well as the compliance team, but I haven’t received any reply or refund. I can not where my money is.

Hurupay is not trustable platform.

Even though they are working as a bridge to to convert fiat to crypto or crypto to fiat using bridge apis, but they scam my funds without any transaction history.

Just received my first ACH payment on Hurupay and was able to withdraw to my USDC wallet almost instantly.

I will surely keep receiving my weekly payments through the app.

I am experiencing a serious security issue with my Hurupay account and have not received any response after 5 days.

Someone enabled Google Authenticator (2FA) on my account without my authorization, and I am now locked out. No funds have been stolen and no unauthorized transactions have occurred — the attacker only attempted to gain control.

I immediately secured my email, changed passwords, removed active sessions, and contacted Hurupay through email, phone, and chat. Unfortunately, I have not received any response — not even an automated reply.

I am only requesting:

Removal of the unauthorized 2FA

PIN reset

Restoration of secure access

Serious account balance issue after update – funds unclear

After the latest update, my experience with Hurupay has become extremely concerning.

The app suddenly showed that all of my assets were liquidated without my authorization, while my balance dropped from approximately $2,100 to $300. There was no notification, no transaction history explanation, and no clear breakdown of what happened to my funds.

Even worse, I am now unable to perform any transactions at all — buying, selling, or managing my account is completely blocked.

This is not just a technical glitch. This is a serious financial transparency and reliability issue. When an app handles real money, users must be able to clearly see where their funds are and what actions were taken.

I have contacted support and am waiting for a proper explanation. Until this issue is fully resolved and clarified, I cannot trust or recommend this service.

I have had a number of issues with their app. Their customer support replies slowly or not at all. Very unsettling and unreliable unfortunately.

they dont reply. not by email.. not in the app.. its insane. they dont care. they dont get back to you.. they ignore you. they ask "to contact them by email" AND I DID... SAME. no action no fallow up no solutions. terrible and scary if i have a money issue to know thats how they deal with "customer service"
