Manden har bestilt en firma gave der fra, pakken blev registreret den 18 december 2024, nu 3 uger efter er den stadig ikke kommet, den ligger skam der i nu, med så mange andre pakker.
Synes ærlig talt at det er total dårlig stil, at de ikke får sendt deres ordre afsted, håber dælme at mandens firma bruger et andet firma næste gang

Terrible customer service so I had to waste my gift card. …
I got a gift card from this company which was about to expire on the 11 th of January 2025. I mailed Huuray customer service on the 16 th of December asking some questions as the options available were not at all convenient and extremely limited in my country. I received an automated reply that due to the season workload the aim was to respond to me in 4 business days. I had not heard from them since that day so 2 days ago I redeemed my gift card ( as I planned a trip and could not invest time after this date) despite having to buy things which were not my choice. Today, 3 rd of January I eventually received a response asking me if I need a brand which they could potentially add. Too bad service and too late. Disgraceful

Feels like a scam (Luxembourg)
I got these vouchers in Luxembourg and I guess that's where the problem lies because most reviews are positive but my experience is very bad. I have tried to buy gift cards many times but always get an error. The excuse from customer service is that they are low on stock and to try again later. But that's tried and tested now so many times over a period of multiple months and it is always the same result. Which for me means it feels like a scam.
