Hands down, HUUB offers the best open water goggles on the market. Love this brand and glad I found it (not as well known in the US).

Help from Sharon was good. Postage charges and tri suits are expensive. Arranged for a return and still not received a QR code to send item back. Things can be a bit slow if you don’t chase.

Excellent service, ordered the GB kit T Shirts and training hoodie, they could have been made to measure, exactly as hoped from the sizing chart. They also arrived within 2 days.

Very fast response rate on email. Products dispatched and arrived quickly. No hassle.

Received the rucksack which is really cool and big for a day bag. Space for everything and waterproof. I don’t know what my son did to it, but he managed to damage the zip. I spoke to HUUB to see if we could just get it fixed, and they kindly sent a new rucksack. This has survived my son so far.. fantastic!!

My experience at HUUB was most pleasing. Sharon was helpful in terms of sizing, available designs, proactive suggestions. Therefore the outcome and subsequent receipt of further trisuits to try on was slick. Looking forwards to wearing the suit once printed.

I had ordered a second bib/jersey combo from them. The first set I ordered was in M (I'm 6ft, 173lbs) and although it fit fairly well, it was a little tighter than ideal. The second kit, was in size L and it fit perfectly. Love the look, styling and the quality. These guys have it figured out! Shipping to the US was also fairly quick - now if we could get Trump to lower the import taxes on products from the UK, it would complete the trifacta.

Excellent products and service all round. From ordering to arrival, my wetsuit arrived within 2 days on standard delivery.

This is the 3rd time I’ve tried to get these goggles. They really are the best. But for various reasons ( the first time fedex tried to double the cost, the second time they just got lost). No compensation. HUUB blamed FedEx, then FedEx blamed HUUB. So we’ll see what happens this time.
