Initial interaction was confusing as different people indicated different processes. However, once the correct person was found the process for trying, ordering and delivery was good.

I was bombarded by adverts on social media from HUUB for Buy One, Get One Free and eventually I succumbed despite some reservations regarding the brands notoriously athletic cut. I was reassured that items could be returned so placed the order.
I did need to return the XXL sized jerseys as they were too small but was amazed to be charged £7.98 on a purchase value of £74.98 - I queried this and was advised it was comprised £4.99 delivery fee and £2.99 standard charge.
I accept return postage charges but could have paid less than £4.99 for recorded delivery and what on earth is the standard charge?
The lesson for me is to avoid any marketing from HUUB; they clearly don't sell anything without a heavy level of discount and milk customers when you need to return anything, which most customers will need to do due to the brands sizing

I was excited for these but suspect I fell for the marketing and price drop. Pretty poor quality, went back to my Speedo goggles after a couple of swims.

GREAT value for money and quick service for a quality product. Ordered Wednesday night, received Friday, test 5km run on Saturday and then London Marathon on Sunday. Incredibly comfortable shorts. Already convinced my brother to buy a few pairs.

If your trying to get hold of this company via email forget it I’ve tried several times over a few weeks now and nothing no acknowledgement or anything . I’m trying to actually pay them more money for an upgrade on an order but they are obviously not interested.

Very disappointed with service. Received a wetsuit that is not fit for purpose. I have emailed the online@ email address and no response for over a week.
As a customer who buys from Huub regular I am not happy with this suit and want it sorting asap. Triathlon season just around the corner and I have a poor wetsuit.

Great company with fab products. Ordered 2 new wetsuits as part of BOGOF deal. They arrived without mesh bags for storage. Queried this and was told some models don't have them (I have always had one when purchasing previously). Was told this was now the case despite FAQ on website suggesting to "store wetsuit in the provided mesh bag". When I pointed this out I was thanked for spotting this out and told the info would be amended. When I suggested that if I had known I would have ordered some to prevent 2 lots of shipping costs, I was set up with a new order which included additional shipping!!
Despite loving this company and their products I am really disappointed with their service this time around

Excellent delivery time however goggles are uncomfortable, leak and leave marks around eyes. Will not be wearing not alone buying again
Edit, they have asked me to contact them to resolve my issue which I have done but no reply!

I panic purchased a new wetsuit just days before a 24 mile swim event. I realised that the temperature was lower than I had anticipated and I would need a wetsuit. Having disposed of my last trusty suit in Geneva after my last long swim and trained in skins all winter. The suit was a perfect fit and I swam through the 24 hours without a single mark or pain from the suit. So happy with my new wetsuit
Thank you so much it could have been a disaster not having tried it out but purchasing the same suit again it felt like being hugged by a lifelong friend.

was a bit sceptical of size guide saying i'm xxl but shorts and top fit comfortably and felt god after along ride. If i was racing i might have a little tighter but prefer comfort nowadays

Product was good but sizing (cycle jersey) was all over the place. I used the guide and went up a size (medium to large), but the product was still too small. Unless you are an elite cyclist with zero body fat, go up two sizes, but why should you have to do this? Was a gift so outside of returns policy when opened. Ended up selling it on Vinted & buying from another firm.

Great customer service and, above all, really nice, well designed, good fitting kit.

The order wasn’t complete. I’m one item missing. I have emailed the HUUB team but yet to receive a response (albeit I only emailed 24hrs ago). I’m sure they will resolve it, but extra faff and admin.

First class product fitting true to size, well packaged and fast delivery, will use again.

Can't fault this company products ive ordered are fantastic quality. Fit wise have spot on so far . Delivery times are super quick .
Will definitely buy more items
