I ordered a pair of open water swimming goggles with a tow float as a buy one get one free item The goggles are great, however I was really disappointed not to receive the tow float, that was supposed to be buy one get one free, I’m not sure if I made a mistake or what happened as I was sure it was on the order. It has sadly made me think twice about ordering again

Amazing customer service
I’ve been a customer of Huub for the last few years and enjoyed the high quality of their products. But where they made the difference is their amazing customer service. I’ve bought an Archimedes IV wet suit which arrived with a faulty zipper which I’ve realised the fact about 1 week before my race. I’ve given them a ring, Genna picked up on the issue, arranged return and also arranged a new suit to be sent and I’ve received a new suit within a couple of days. This time working as intended. I’d definitely commend them to anyone who’s after good quality products and more importantly brilliant customer service.

Ich hab einen Triathlon Anzug und einen Regenjacke in der 2 für 1 Aktion bestellt und wollte diese nun umtauschen gegen eine größere größe.
Nun habe ich alles angemeldet die Sendung markiert zurück geschickt. Das ist jetzt drei Wochen her. Ich habe mails a den Kunden Support geschickt die unbeantwortet blieben. mehrfach angerufen. Ein netter Herr meinte immer nur : “er kümmer sich drum”. Aber ich hab nie irgendwas im nach Gang bekommen.
Langsam nervt es echt. Ich bin sehr mit der Qualität der Produkte zufrieden aber mit dem Support gar nicht!

J'ai reçu la mauvaise taille et la mauvaise combinaison. J'ai contacté la marque qui ne me répond plus depuis. Ils ont validé mon échange mais je n'ai pas reçu le bon retour ni d'autres informations.
Je suis vraiment très déçu du service client que j'ai contacté 2 fois sans nouvelles !
Je vois deconseille de commander !
