Just had a great deal on new Hyundai Tucson from Hutchings. But must say purchase for vehicle was made all the more pleasant due to Any their sales executive who guided me through the process very professionally with a very pleasant manner and no pushy sales jargon.

My service and issue with my rear washer has been sorted smoothly and within warranty. Would like to praise Hannah Gregory who's been super patient.  I'm a bit of a fusspot on tyres, she scoped and priced several types for me with good humour, was very non pushy on things.  I hate pushy so she must have been good. Will definitely deal with her again. 

My dealings with Bradley Forrest have always been excellent.
Bradley is extremely helpful going above and beyond - nothing is too much trouble and he never makes me feel as if I am imposing.
His explanations are easy to understand and his manner makes talking to him a pleasure.
I was having trouble resting the tyre pressure gauge on my car and he made and sent me a video which made life so much easier.

Picked up my new mirage green kona yesterday from Hutchings Hyundai Swansea.

The tyre change date & time were agreed with Susannah, and a quotation was provided. I received prompt attentive service at front desk from Nigel. I also had a conversation with Bradley in sales regarding a possible exchange in New Year, Bradley advised he would have some information on my return.

Service Telephone call & a proforma invoice was received. Nigel was busy with another customer when I returned to showroom to collect my car.

However, Dylan Ward, also provided very friendly and professional service. A small discrepancy was handled very smoothly with “James” who was deputising in Susannah’s abscence.

I asked Bradley, if he could diarise a note to reconnect Dec- March ‘27. I advised what replacement vehicle I was interested in.

DTW escorted me to my vehicle, a funny conversation ensued regarding the Welsh Poet “Dylan Thomas” and we parted gently into the afternoon (not night) …….. 🤔😂

Excellent service. Filled out an enquiry online on a Monday and by Thursday I was driving away my new car. Everything was handed by Jenna who was amazing, very informative and supportive through the whole process. Very happy with the experience.
