The product went from low charge time
The product went from low charge time, where the company offered 50% refund to keep and not have to send back to another country, to now it no longer works on the massage setting , and I now have to battle for my money back

Be careful getting up!
It works great but make sure you roll to the side to get up like the instructions say! You'll be dizzy if you sit straight up because of the blood flow change. That means it's working though!

Helps with trap tightness
My traps get super tight from lifting. This helps stretch out the neck and relax the upper traps too. The EMS really gets in there deep. Good recovery tool.

I saw the hugterra online and at a fair price. I’m almost 60 and played football in high school and college. Hugterra scam
This company is not transparent with its customers. The neck massagers are very low quality and they make it difficult for you to return the item without major fees. The first time I asked for a return, they asked if I simply would prefer a 50% refund, without needing to return the item. This seemed like a red flag. When I asked for a return address, they gave me one in Europe that was not viable. Also The cheapest cost of return would have been over $40. Upon writing to them again, they resent the address, with an edit that would make it viable. I haven’t yet taken this one to the post office so I don’t know if it will work. I asked the company if I could return the item to the address from which the item was sent, which is only 50 miles away from my home. They said I could not. The difficulty and cost of return is so prohibitive that they seem to assume customers will just drop the issue. So, their assurance that you have a full moneyback guarantee is untrue.

The "pop" is satisfying
Sometimes I get a little pop or click when i settle into the traction and it feels SO good. Instant pressure release. Even when it doesn't pop, the stretch combined with the massage is great.

This product caused me discomfort. They don't answer their phone, you have to leave an email. "Please note that we currently do not offer phone support, which is why the best way to reach us is through email." They emailed back to me the next day saying they wanted me to produce a video about what was wrong and email customer service again. I'm not doing that. I already told them about it in the first email. I think it was a canned response. After I posted a negative review, they emailed me saying they would refund minus shipping & sales taxes if I removed or changed my review. I did receive a partial refund and didn't have to ship it back so I am updating my review. I don't know about you but I value honest reviews. I've noticed that they also sell their products on Amazon so check the reviews there too.

Helped my numbness
I was getting tingling down my arm from a pinched nerve in my neck. After using this for about a week, the tingling started to fade. Now it's almost completely gone. I think the traction combined with the EMS really helped open up the nerve pathway.
