I purchased Abominable hood jacket and couldn’t be happier with my experience. The jacket is incredibly comfortable, warm, and truly unique in its design—it stands out while still being practical for everyday wear. The quality exceeded my expectations, and it feels perfect even in colder winter weather.

My experience with Huckberry is why I’m willing to share the story. Some get it right because they have it built into their ethos. Huckberry is that company. First, they have a very well curated assortment of high quality products that are unique. My product didn’t fit so I asked for help returning. They not only sent me a personal note, but set up the return for me so I could expedite the process. Willingness to help like that is essential in our digital, touchless buying world. I said to them, and I say in this review, that one reason will ensure I buy from Huckberry in the future, and I’ll tell all my friend and family. Good form, Huckberry.

I purchased a pair of shoes online from Huckberry. Unfortunately, they were left in an unsafe location by the delivery company, DoorDash, and were stolen. I wrote to Huckberry explaining what happened. This was Good Friday afternoon. On Monday morning I was getting ready to call Huckberry, expecting a fight, when I received an email from Christian in Customer Service telling me they were preparing my replacement order for shipping (with UPS.) Wow! That’s great service. I would definitely buy with confidence from Huckberry again.

My order was damaged in transit (damage to packaging and product) and I sent a message to Huckberry that evening when I got home and discovered it. A Huckberry rep responded that night and had a replacement on the way within an hour! Amazing service! They even gave me a discount on my next order.

I've shopped here on and off for years. I always receive my packages in only a couple of days. Their customer service team has helped me out a few different times. I'll continue to shop here.

I felt like the response to my question came from a real person and not an AI bot. Huckberry customer service took my question seriously and gave me a serious answer. This is definitely a company that I can purchase from.

I've been buying clothes and gear from Huckberry for years and never had an issue. I bought a product and after the first wash, it had some issues, which is not normal. I was reluctant to email, but ended up emailing support a note and asking if they were experiencing this with other customers and sent a picture. Without even asking, they refunded my money and gave me a discount coupon for another purchase AND didn't ask me to return the damaged gear. Super proactive, empathetic, positive...just great customer service. What you would expect for a more premium brand, like Huckberry.

They are serious about service. I had a package that somehow got lost. They jumped on it. From my email to resolution in minutes. I'm not sure how you could ask for more. To top it off, they sent a 20% off coupon and an apology for the inconvenience. I would buy from these guys any time and will again. I wish more companies took this attitude towards their customers. Good job, Huckberry. I'm with you now.

I was looking through an old email address and found I hadn't gotten Huckberry moved over to my regular email.
I emailed their customer service and received a message in 24 hours. They changed the address, stopped the old one and all was done.
I have not gotten the same service from other retailers. Thanks Huckberry!😻

Ive always liked their clothes. To me the designs are classics and construction durable. The site also helps customers make decisions on sizing and styling.

I purchased a brown Boiled Wool Station Jacket.Initially I had to exchange the medium coat for a large. Upon receiving the large I could tell it wasn't brand new. I let support know about this and they quickly apologized for this error and sent me a brand new replacement. I love the coat and appreciate how quickly they remedied the unusual situation.

Huckberry knocked it out of the park. I own a 10-year hoodie that I love and wear most days. I decided to purchase the hoodie in another color, but when I received it, the fit was a little different. I wore the new hoodie several times and washed it thinking it just need to be broken in. That did not work, so I reached out to Huckberry fully expecting the nice answer of "it's past the exchange time, you wore it and washed it, so our policy is to not exchange it." that did not happen. Quickly the customer service team reached out, had me snap a few pics of both hoodies and quickly ship me a new hoodie. Huckberry is awesome!!!!

I recently purchased a Flannel-Lined Waxed Trucker Jacket in Field Tan. This jacket is everything I hoped for and more. The fit and style are amazing and comfortable. It is now my Forever Jacket.
When I did contact customer service with a couple questions, they were quick to respond with a solution and piece of mind. Would recommend for all who want to look good and feel comfortable.
