I am indebted to Laura from HUB Financial Solutions for her ease of delivering the information relevant to my pension options. I have little knowledge around how Annuities work and did not realise the number of options open to me.

Excellent telephone call with Laura, discussing options and obtaining annuity quotations. Information was well structured, clearly presented, and helpfully explained; I couldn't have asked for more.

I used HUB to manage my DC pension fund. Everyone involved in processing my account seemed to understand my needs and delivered a plan that is easy to understand, logical and gave me confidence in how robust my pension would hold out against my planned spend.
They described all risks well, and analysed my decisions to ensure they did not expose me too much.
All of the staff were friendly and professional.
I have confidence in the way they are managing my tax efficiency, fund management and, after being with them for more than a year, they have paid me on time, every month without a single issue.

From the time I decided to think about equity release and contacted saga, through to the end when my funds were released I found everyone to be most helpful, keeping me informed of the progress at every stage.

The whole process and experience was truly excellent The discussions/interviews went so well and professional with no pressure and everything was well explained. Our availability for calls was limited, yet the representative went out of his way to accommodate our availability.

We are kept informed of the status and we knew what was to happen and when.

Jackie informed us of the available options open to us, then proceeded to look in to our circumstance. After we had discussed everything, she gave us some sound advice, which actually meant she would not be selling us a product. When you here so many negative reviews of companies, it is like a breath of fresh air when someone does not try and make money out of you, but gives free, sound advice.
I would recommend giving HUB a call if you are thinking about Equity release.

I have used HUB three times in relation to pension draw downs. Their customer service is second to none. Five stars is not enough for this exceptional team.

We’re sorry that your experience with accessing your pension fund has not met your expectations. We understand you contacted your pension scheme in June 2025, unfortunately, we only received your referral on the 20th August.

Since then we have undertaken our process to provide you with an annuity and have provided you with an outline of our process and typical timescales for each step. We will continue to liaise with you, your pension scheme and chosen provider to ensure we set up your annuity in a timely manner.

Used Owen Reid at Hub Plc to consider transferring out of a defined benefits scheme and received excellent service. He interviewed me extensively to understand my priorities and objectives and then produced a very detailed report that supported a decision to transfer out.
