Everything was explained and followed up from my initial request for an appointment with a financial advisor to the decision to go ahead. Jack took time to go through everything and make sure it was the right product for me.

We received excellent advice from our representative Andy and his colleague Matthew. Our transaction was successfully completed after being held up by a legal anomaly. We were in constant communication with Andy throughout the process and would recommend Hub to anyone thinking about going down the equity release route

I found the service from Hub FS to be exceptional. I was given a thorough analysis of my finances and advised of the various options open to me, both as part of the application process and as a general review of my income and expenditure. It gave me an opportunity to take a long hard look at my spending and what I can achieve through equity release. The adviser couldn't have been more helpful, producing a detailed illustration of future costs and explaining the other avenues open to me should I need more funds or wish to contribute regular payments to reduce the effect of interest over the period. I felt the adviser (Clair) was on my side and committed to my best interests. I came away thinking ... "If only other companies could provide such a first class service."

Thomas was lovely gave us all the information asked if we needed more time or if we understood everything. He had a sense of humour which we appreciated.

Jackie Hart was my financial advisor and was knowledgeable, professional, helpful and went the extra mile throughout the process.
Jackie provided me with an upfront assessment of my needs and aims, a choice of products to achieve these, made me aware of the benefits and pitfalls of what I was doing and then helped me throughout the process. There was a hiccup or two along the way but Jackie went over and above to sort these out immediately and get things back on track. I can’t speak highly enough of Jackie and HUB.

The whole process was not rushed, giving us time to consider our decision without any pressure being put on us. David Farrell explained everything while considering our position and what might be better for us. He is a credit to himself and to Hub Financial Solutions. Now that we have completed we are now financially better off, whilst giving both of us the security we needed, that our home will remain our home as long as we need it. We cannot thank David enough.

Unfamiliar with the subject of pensions I was nervous and apprehensive to say the least but Laura instantly put me at ease, things were explained in a manner i could understand so all the decisions i took were taken with a good knowledge of the subject. The advisor David Farrel was very helpful, friendly and professional throughout, from our initial contact when he explained the process, through going over the details of the application, the alternatives and what was required of me, to confirming that the funds had been released and that I had received them.
I also valued the support provided by Bethany Timms and Emily Yong, my case manager and case assistant respectively.

Fast efficient knowledge and considerate

Fairly complex process but made so much easier by a highly professional team - especially David Farrell - who gave such clarity and time to us by phone that we were well prepared for the inevitable paperwork and on-line input. Timeline was exactly as initially predicted and outcome exactly what we wanted

The advisor I worked with - Alison - was a true professional. At all times she was very clear about what was required of me in terms of the process I would need to go through. She demonstrated empathy and complete understanding of my circumstances and helped me consider all options available. She did not use professional jargon and explained everything in a clear, logical manner ensuring there was every opportunity for me to question and consider every aspect of my decision-making.

Overall the whole experience was very positive and I would like to thank her and HUB for the help I have received

I found the whole process of Equity Release to be simple and straightforward. My dealings my Adviser Alison Weir were always friendly, helpful and professional. I changed my mind regarding the advance on two occasions but Alison was very quick to make the necessary changes. She was always available at the end of the phone to answer any questions. I was very pleased with how everything was handled from start to finish.
