Worst experience ever, won’t be shopping here again. Placed an order for 6 items on the 10th, realised the size of one item ordered was wrong; tried to contact company, phone number goes straight to voicemail and was unable to leave a message, so sent an email explaining what had happened and giving size requested. Following day, tried calling again and sent another email through contact us on their website.

Monday received an automated email to say order has been dispatched, emailed again. Voicemail still not working. Wednesday received order, which contained 5 items, one of which was the wrong sized one and one item missing. The invoice in the packaging was someone else’s order with their name and address clearly visible ( a serious breach of GDPR). I can only assume my invoice has gone to this other customer with my missing item. I immediately phoned and was able to leave a voicemail this time and also emailed. As to date have heard nothing, we are an item missing. I will be reporting this breach of GDPR. Won’t be buying from here again.

Stuff is good just like the way I expected i love the stuff but stitching is not not so good my front button came off already when i put it on just to try

Product came on time and no issues with their service

Was very happy with my order. Had no issues with the time taken for it to come and the quality of the product is great.

Brilliant service and quality. Parcel arrived in 3 working days as stated. Very good quality

The sizing worked out really well, using the guide to help, it wore really well and the material was really good. Was comfortable and looked nice.

Fast delivery great product was very helpful on changing the sizes overall really good buy will definitely recommend and will 100% be ordering again

The thobe was too big i ordered a size too big extra didn't know but when I tried returning it I wanted guidance because didn't understand the return policy so called up the company multiple times and nobody answered ever within the 14 days of my purchase which meant I can't return it. Bad service

excellent items and great delivery, nice packaging too as it can be used again and again. One thing to improve though, if the next day delivery charges were only slightly lower, it’d probably be a tt shop :)

Very good brother perfect quality Jubba it was too tight for me the size I ordered. Brother swapped it straight away

Prices are reasonable, good quality clothes and fast delivery service!

Fantastic can’t complain

Great website to use and navigate on. Images are an accurate representation of products. The whole process was smooth sailing.

High quality items, better than the ones we bought in Madinah just a couple of weeks ago.
