Second Review:
The day I posted the comment below alongside a 1 star, my request to return was approved and from then on it was pretty easy to return it and get a refund.

First review:
Sometimes if the price of things are low compared to other sites, it is worth investigating. I unfortunately didnt do that, if I checked reviews here I would have realised.

I ordered two thobes, I took measurements with a measuring tape, measured it with an existing thobe as well. Ordered and it still turned up tight in the chest area.

No problem, I thought I'd return them. Process seemed very easy to start I.e. their form etc but now almost two weeks on, no response, no response to my follow up. Just a message on their so called portal saying my request needs to be approved.

Complete scam, dont order from here.

Don’t ever use them. Trying to return a thobe but getting no response at all. Tried to email and phone but no answer. Absolute scam.

We had an excellent experience after ordering quite a few thobes for a Nikah. Size as material was exactly as described. Thank you!

Scam sites 835 Buoy Rd #358 Is house not store is %100 scam.
Im not stupid to order from them just double check in google and we have not this store
People has to be careful about scammers in United States.

These people are thieves and crooks, avoid Al haya!!! The dodge yiur calls, and they make returns very difficult. Avoid AL haya. They're crooks and scammers. I bought a dress that did not fit, but it has been impossible to contact these people in order to return the dress.

Great communication, amazing price, really quickly delivered. Overall service excellent and I would definitely use again. Thank you!

Hi I’ve had several thobes and Jubba from these guy and I can say good quality and exact sizing would highly recommend and excellent customer service

One star is too generous.
I ordered a thobe for Eid and was sent the wrong size — completely the seller’s mistake. When I raised it, I was told I’d be refunded for the original delivery but I’d have to cover return shipping myself. That alone made no sense, but I paid for it anyway just to get it sorted.

When the refund finally came through, I wasn’t refunded the original delivery charge — meaning I lost almost £9 in total for his error. I followed up again to highlight this, and he just completely ignored me.

And the worst part? This all happened during Ramadan — a time that’s meant to reflect honesty, integrity, and doing right by others. Instead, I was lied to, ignored, and left out of pocket because of someone else’s mistake. How someone can act like this during the holiest month of the year is beyond me. Extremely disappointing.

Recently ordered a thobe, it arrived with stains on it

When trying to send back, I had to pay for return shipping and pressing fee, leaving me with a net refund of £5 for something I paid £20

Will not be ordering again
Would not recommend

Have had no correspondence from these frauds even after they received return

Very poor communication and service
Still waiting for my refund to which they have not paid yet.

Placed an order for 2 thobes only received 1. Tried contacting several times through whatsapp chat, email but have not received a reply!

This is the spot for your top quality thobes. Top notch quality/colours making you look and feel your best.

Amazing customer service, quality of clothes are spot on and pricing is very reasonable too

Customer service was better than I could have asked for. The quality of the thobes are amazing. I've been wearing thobes since I was a child, everyday for the last 10 years, as soon as I put a thobe on from here. It was a yes from me. The feeling was out of this world. Material was perfect, size/fit was perfect. The colours available to us are beautiful.

I ordered a few Jubba as I was going to umrah, when I received the Jubba they were to small.. I got in contact with customer service they were very helpful as one of my Jubba was not in my size however he offered me a different Jabba, which was more expensive for free.. also they arrived in time for me to travel to umrah..

The jubba was too short and we just need to exchange it. When are you opening and closing hours for the shop in Batley?

Item was in stock when placed order also paid extra for fast delivery, but after two days they cancelled my order absolutely joke of company, how can you let customers place a order online then cancel it

Really quick and speedy delivery with good quality thobe
