Great company highly recommended
Callum of HPI was a great help as a late night order led to me adding the wrong variant of an item. I immediately sent an email as soon as I noticed and Callum responded within 12 hours and had resolved the issue within a couple emails back and forth. I would strongly recommend buying any 3D printer parts from this company. I bought some nozzles and socks and they all came well packed and quickly.

HPI definitely in my address book.
Never heard of them before but was looking for a UK supplier of Prusament filament. Turns out that HPI could supply what I needed and slightly cheaper than getting it directly from Prusa. Would have given a 5 star rating but they made a mistake on the order, however put it right without any fuss, communicated well throughout.

Prusament
Needed some rolls of Prusament and HPI were the only ones I could find who stocked it locally in the uk as I couldn’t wait to order from Prusa directly.
They dispatched it very quickly and was all brand new rolls from the past few months.
Would definitely order from them again if the situation arises!

Quality products, but most of all a fantastic customer service
HPI Technology sells quality products for a fair price, but most of all their customer service is exemplary.
I emailed them some questions regarding the LGX Lite extruder and Callum was extremely communicative and helpful over the course of multiple days. I haven't experienced such good customer service in a long while and I wish more companies shared a similar attitude towards buyers.
