Sorry to say but If I could go with no stars I would.
I was charged incorrectly for parking (for which I was charged £4 more than I should have been).
When I politely took it up with customer service, they did not reply for many days until I requested to cancel my account at which point, they immediately responded.
They did not consider my query.
The arrival time on my initial confirmation email was 13:16 but somehow changed to 12:56 when I questioned the excess charge.
Due to this, I asked for photo evidence to prove I arrived at this new time which they failed to acknowledge or produce.
I asked to be connected to a manager who didn’t even ask what I was querying but just gaslit me saying I had been charged correctly.
I am still in conversation with the managers but sadly, I will not be using their services again and safe to say, I do not recommend anyone to sign up to this company.
Avoid - Repeated/Inflated/Incorrect Charges
I had my first ever experience with a Hozah car park over the last weekend of June, and I will categorically avoid all Hozah car parks. I will not be returning to the Castle Quarter car park in Norwich while managed by Hozah.
Friday 26th June - I entered the car park approximately 16:45, and left approximately 20:15. I had been to the Vue cinema and therefore validated my parking. I checked at the pay terminals that there was nothing to pay before leaving. As we were within the four hours validated parking, there was nothing to pay.
Sunday 28th June - I returned to the car park for a second visit to Norwich, entering at approximately 14:50 and departing approx 16:00. Before departing Castle Quarter and returning to the car, I visited a pay terminal to see the charge, which was £2 as we were just within 1hr. I paid this £2 charge at the time, and then left.
(Estimated times of arrival and departure based on my google timeline)
When I arrived at the car park, I noticed the signs everywhere telling me to create a Hozah account, and it's the safest way to avoid a parking charge notice in the car park. Can't forget to pay for parking if it will automatically debit from your account. However, what is emitted from all signage is that the pay systems for the auto-pay and car park terminal are separate. This means that if you pay at a terminal in a car park, this is not communicated to the auto-pay system and you will be billed separately for a second time by the auto-pay system.
I believe this has been set up this way on purpose to maximise income, as I am sure there are many people who will not notice a second charge. I think Hozah want to test how much they can get away with. I do not think it unreasonable for any person to assume the pay system is one, and all interconnected. It seems logical that they would communicate and not charge any persons for parking they already paid for at the time. Yet this is not how Hozah operates, and seems very much a deliberate decision.
Now, as I paid at the time on Sunday and had a Hozah account you would now be correct to assume I was double charged. Except, you would assume in such a case that it was for an additional £2. That would be wrong. On Monday (29th June) a charge of £31 was deducted from my bank account. For a supposed visit that ran from Friday evening until Sunday afternoon. Wrong in so, so many ways. I left the car park approx 20:15 as already mentioned, and yet according to their system I supposedly entered the car park around 20:47. This visit that attracted the charge has me exiting the car park at 16:00, which is when I left on Sunday. Except, for me to have been given and paid the £2 charge at the time, it recorded my correct arrival on Sunday.
I cannot fathom how this system has so many errors, and think it is outrageous that customers are likely to be double charged by default - Your signage is fear mongering in suggesting people are at risk of parking charge notices, so will want to pay at terminal to know for themselves they've paid. Auto-pay should be a back-up, and should not occur if payment has already been made to the account.
I emailed Hozah support with all the detail on Monday of this week (29th June) and am yet to receive a reply (Friday 3rd July). All I have had is an automated reply to say "we are currently receiving a high volume of tickets" - I am hardly surprised for a company running such an ineffectual service. There must be many others like me who simply want their money back.
Hozah, do better. I will continue to let people know to avoid your car parks.

Do Hozar still cover Malkin Street Carpark, Chesterfield
I parked at Malkin Street, Chesterfield on 18/6/26 knowing that I had previously registered my vehicle on Hozar. I have now received a Parking Charge notice from BankPark. I have tried to contact Hozah, received an email acknowledging my contact but cannot find out whether Hozah still cover this carpark. As other people have complained, communication with Hozar is dreadful. I need to know the answer to this to know how to respond to BankPark. Why would I want to pay them £60 or £100 if Hozar should have taken payment. There is no record on Hozar of my visit to that carpark on that date! Very poor experience.
Despite the response from Hozah, my opinion of their customer service remains the same. Very difficult to find out what carparks they do cover. They only responded to my contact after posting this review, not good enough. I have removed my payment method and will not use Hozah again, too unreliable.

Terrible company!
Total rip off, terrible customer service. Tried to contact support twice both emails ignored, trying to add a permit to my account that they seem to make purposely difficult to do. Also make it difficult to contact them again I imagine on purpose so they can just overcharge you. The actual parking is way over priced. Terrible company avoid car parks managed by them if you can!

Unfairly charged and no replies to emails
I was charged £6.12 for parking on 22 June 2026 at Stanborough Park. I turned off autopay on the day, as I am exempt due to a Blue Badge (disabled parking badge) which I registered on the day. I’ve emailed twice (22 and 29 June) and received no response.

Do not use the auto pay
Do not use the auto pay, always pay at the machines, since using auto pay I have been charged more than the amount on the signs in the actual car park, I have requested to cancel my account on auto pay but am still waiting for a reply from them! Hozah please can you let me know if my autopay account has been cancelled asap!

AVOID AVOID AVOID!! HOZAH PARKING AT FESTIVAL PLACE, BASINGSTOKE.
Dear Hozah parking,
My friend and I happened to park up in Festival Place, Basingstoke which is a car park that you operate your 'service' in on 25th April 2026. We paid the exact amount that your ANPR machine told us that we had to pay......and then you sent us a PCN notice to tell us that we hadn't paid?
We tried to contact you to give you proof of our payment but you only have email addresses (and no other means of contact) and you haven't responded to us?
We have now had a final demand for payment for parking we have already paid for?
I very much doubt that you will respond to this review as your responses on Trustpilot seem to be as bad as your non responses to the only communication method that you supply which is an email address. (which is most likely already over-run with complaints!)
Your service is an UTTER DISGRACE!!!
28th June 2026 - UPDATE.- I HAVE ATTEMPTED TO EMAIL HOZAH AT THE SUPPORT EMAIL ADDRESS THAT YOU PROVIDED IN YOUR REPLY AND THE EMAIL HAS BOUNCED!!

Do not use the online payment method
Shame on you.
I have paid for an hour of parking but I have been charged twice for no reason.
I have requested to have my account terminated as soon as possible.
Please use the payment machines rather than the online payment method.

I have been a monthly permit holder at…
I have been a monthly permit holder at the Luton Mall (now Fraser+) car park for some time, and my experience since Hozah took over from Reef Parking has been extremely frustrating.
The transition between the two companies was handled very poorly. As a permit holder, I would have expected either Reef Parking to notify customers that monthly permits would no longer be renewed, or Hozah to introduce themselves as the new operator and explain any changes to the permit system. Neither happened. As a direct result, I received several Parking Charge Notices because, unbeknown to me, my permit had not been renewed.
My biggest concern is Hozah's lack of customer support and communication. There is no telephone number, no helpdesk, no emergency contact number, and no way to speak to a human being. The only method of contact is email, which generates an automated response stating they are extremely busy dealing with a large volume of enquiries. Given that email is their only communication channel, this is hardly surprising.
Even more frustrating is that when you do contact them, they either fail to respond altogether or send replies that are completely unrelated to the original query. I find it difficult to understand how a parking management company can operate effectively with such poor customer service.
Recently, my vehicle broke down and I had to use a courtesy car. Updating the vehicle registration on my permit proved almost impossible. Even after emailing the company with the new vehicle details, there was no confirmation that the change had been made. As a customer, you are left wondering whether the update has been processed and constantly worrying about receiving another Parking Charge Notice.
The online system is equally confusing. If you register as a pay-as-you-go customer, there is an option to link a permit to your account. However, this requires a permit number, which Hozah does not provide. Despite requesting this information multiple times, I have received no response. I have also asked for my permit to be linked to my account so I can manage other vehicles, but again my emails have gone unanswered for over a month.
The situation at the Fraser+ (formerly Luton Mall) car park has left me with little confidence in Hozah's ability to manage permit holders effectively. Customers paying for monthly permits should not have to navigate such poor communication and uncertainty simply to keep their accounts up to date.
I believe the parking industry regulator should require operators to provide adequate customer support and accessible communication channels. Customers should be able to speak to someone when problems arise, particularly when parking charges may result from administrative issues outside their control.
Overall, my experience with Hozah has been one of poor communication, inadequate customer service, and unnecessary stress. I sincerely hope someone from the company reads this review and takes meaningful steps to improve the experience for customers at Fraser+ and elsewhere.

Hozah take over nightmare!!
Hozah took over from a company and have been a nightmare! I use the autopay service. 2 main issues: they take nearly a month to take payment so keeping track of that is extra admin. When they took over as provider I had no notification so thought the previous company were taking payment. When I received parking charge notices I informed Hozah and asked them to allow me to pay for the missed sessions. They just replied saying they cannot make an appeal on my behalf. I clarified that I was not requesting they make an appeal, I want to pay for the sessions but I’ve been ignored. Terrible customer service.

No responses
Hozah has sent me multiple emails sayinf they have attempted to charge my card. The parking session doesn’t show on the account I have. I’ve updated my bank card, and made sure the car details are correct, but nothing. I have sent multiple emails to their help email, and submitted on their website. No responses. Any help at all would be appreciated to get this paid and resolved

Refunded overcharge
The company overcharged me and upon emailing and within a few days, refunded my money. Couldn’t be a better result quick and fair return - pleased to find a parking company where I don’t feel that I have been ripped off.
Very good service super easy to use
Very good service super easy to use! Easy to sign up and use
Avoid registering since there are few protections
This company may work when things go well. However, if you enter a car park after registering, they would just charge you even if you pay by machine or don't need to pay for that particular event. The key issue is there is no way to pause the service or any from of verification when a payment is taken. Once you register any carpark you enter in the future, you get an automatic change without notification. In my case I registered for a particular carpark a year ago but happened to enter a different carpark and automatically got changed without being informed or initial confirmation.
Customer service was responsive and I did get a refund within a few days, but it was lots of emails and no phone support.
I would never give them my card details since they will just start taking money from you and it's very hard and difficult to cancel or pause the service.
Giving a 1 start is also too high
Giving a 1 start is also too high. I have been trying to communicate with them via email as there is no number to call.
Being charge for parkinh and also being issued with PCN notices for valid permit and 15 days alter no reply to email. I have spend over 5 hr to draft and send emails.
Waste of time

If you have a blue badge, unlike APCOA you can't park for free. You can't register your badge online. Discrimination.

Unfair company
I had no idea auto pay had been set up with my bank details. I used a hozah multistorey a year ago, and different floors were owned by different car parking companies (very confusing), and we didnt realise how to pay hozah until we'd already left. That didnt incur a fine or a charge (luckily), but the second time i used their car parks, I did pay correctly but had no idea I'd set up auto pay.
There is no App to go to, so I just assumed recently when I used their car park that I'd need to pay on the machine, which I did, but now I've been double charged and apparently thats my fault and they can't refund as they say it's not their responsibility . They also dont tell you how much they will.be taking out, so although they are a legitimate business they do scam so many people
