A empresa se saiu muito bem em tudo, a reunião feita antes do passeio é perfeita para tirar todas as dúvidas. Durante o dia do passeio, entraram em contato comigo para saber se está indo tudo bem. São super atenciosos e prestativos

Los días en Libertad fueron una experiencia única. El sitio está junto a las casas de los nativos. Tuvimos la suerte de tener a Andrés como guía, super pendiente en todo momento y con unas explicaciones muy detalladas de las actividades que realizamos. Mereció mucho la pena la estancia allí.

The lagoon kayaking was GREAT !!! The 2 guides were fabulous........It was a wonderfull experience.....I'm rating this as a 4 instead of 5 because it seems the info on the Howlander's website is not totally in synch with the Ice Guides website and what we actually experienced......It didn't create a bad experience, it was just that the info Howlander's showed was not totally accurate.

Un viaje espectacular con Pasajes muy variados y bonitos. El guia (Ivan) muy amable y con un trato y cuidado excelentes. Merece mucho la pena

Cogimos varias actividades con ellos porque pensamos que recibiríamos más y mejor soporte que con una agencia local. Nada más lejos de la realidad. De todos los problemas que tuvimos en las excursiones contratadas, les trasladamos únicamente una experiencia HORRIBLE en el viaje de 3 días y al contarles lo ocurrido nos contestaron con un “lo sentimos, trasladaremos lo ocurrido al proveedor local”. Una vergüenza. Tanto en el Salar de Uyuni como en Atacama hay cientos de agencias, merece la pena contratar directamente con ellos y ahorrarte el trámite de Howlanders que no hacen nada más que tener una página web.

Our 3 days tour of Salar de Uyuni was exactly as described. We were picked up on time at the airport, our guide Ivan was great. All itinerary was kept to the letter. The sights were marvelous. The hotels included in the package were very good. We certainly recommend this company and its employees.

The gourmet trip was very well organised and Eve I initially canceled the vip reservation
Premier I got the refund right away I think this is a very trusting organisation I would recomend it highly

Le due esperienze fatte con Howlanders alle cascate di Iguazù sono state negative, a causa del tour operato locale, Nordic, assolutamente disorganizzato ed irrispettoso dei tempi concordati.
Valuteró se provare altre esperienze in altri luoghi con Howlanders, sarebbr necessario che venisse fatta più attenzione alla scelta dei fornitori

I had a very enjoyable experience on the Grand Golden Circle tour. The driver Eugene was excellent. The only negative was the guide Gary, who was a bit of a smart Alec. He appeared to have a disagreement with the driver towards the end of the tour and exchanged unpleasant words.

Good quality tour, highly recommended with private accommodation.
