No vale la pena el coste
El tour no se adentra especialmente en la laguna, ni se acerca a los lugares más bonitos en cuanto a fauna y icebergs. Se rema más bien poco (alrededor de 1 h en el agua) y es excesivamente caro para lo limitada que es la experiencia.
Se supone que Howlanders manda un email el día de antes con los detalles de la hora de reunión y lugar pero nunca nos llegó.

Nous en sommes aux réservations. Pour le déroulement des activités nous verrons dans 8 mois.
La procédure en ligne est plutôt simple
Nous avons eu besoin de poser quelques questions. Nous l'avons fait par mail et la réactivité à été très bonne. A ce stade nous sommes très satisfait de Howlanders. Nous avons hâte de tester la suite.

Duas parcelas pagas e não tenho a confirmação donpaaseio
Já paguei as duas parcelas e ainda não tenho a confirmação de que haverá o passeio. Se estou na lista de espera, como dizem, não deveriam cobrar as duas parcelas.
Atualização: finalmente confirmaram o passeio.
A resposta da empresa à minha reclamação só chegou há 7 dias, ou seja, em 23 de junho. A reclamação que fiz data de 8 de abril.
Porém o passeio foi confirmado e foi muito bom.
